As someone who gets anxious about dental visits, the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Receptionist Kelly greeted me with a warm, pleasant manner that immediately put me at ease. Dr. David Micklethwaite was both gentle and thorough, taking time to discuss treatment planning and addressing my concerns about not having had a cleaning in two years. Their patient approach completely calmed my nerves. Dental nurse Plaxedes deserves special mention for her professionalism and skilful assistance throughout the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who experience dental anxiety. The combination of professional care and genuine warmth makes all the difference.
