the custmoer service is rubbish. called them more than 10 times to get my dent history record and been promised every time calling them that I will get and it has more than 1 month and half with no luck last call the lady said they got a problem with system and had sent by post. it has been 15 days still no got it. Dentist are good. expensive prices accpeting nhs patetint but you might need 3 to 6 month to see a dentist.
