Very difficult to get an appointment - won’t see children unless paid appointment first by a parent despite previous attendances. Advice differs significantly from NHS dentist. Unfortunately, more concern regarding “regular” patients who get priority, those who do not require regular treatment are not prioritised. Emphasis on money making. Told unable to change dentist despite dentists non-working day being the same as mine so very difficult to get appointment. When explained parent did not require earlier appointment, was told (by receptionist) in a rather rude fashion that teeth would be affected by older age (mid 30’s) therefore should have been seen.

Wow!! What can I say, from the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who directed me to where I needed to go. I was seeing Dr Paul Swanson who is the most loveliest, friendly, caring and kind gentleman, he is so professional and is most definitely a perfectionist. I was having extensive work done, extractions/implants/bridge and all the staff that dealt with me on the day were nothing but wonderful and gave me the outstanding care! Thank you all so much! Xx ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a route canal with Mike Dodd today. Mike was excellent throughout explaining the whole process. Mike was very professional and welcoming. He clearly knows what he is doing as the procedure went smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend Mike for any sort of route canal treatment especially if it is complex.

I needed both implants and then these to hold straightening of the crooked teeth with Invisalign. Paul Swanson was awesome. It has taken a little while for the straightening and am so pleased now with the result. I actually didn’t realise that these improvements were possible. Fabulous!

3 extractions, under sedation, process up to procedure nice and easy, procedure went well, called about increased pain few days after dismissed by receptionist as you had 3 out it will hurt more, I said the pain increased since procedure, then called back days after that finally got given appointment 2 sites became dry sockets thanks for dismissing my pain days before, went in got the dry sockets cleaned and packed, more time passes maybe a week, needed antibiotics 1 week of that problem gone, 3-4 months go by get a email, apparently still owe money, call to find out how as I paid all up front, told not paid in full, I go in speak to reception, she saying the same I show my bank transfers, now it's not that I didn't pay in full now there are x-ray costs that I was ment to pay for, I argue that's in the price told I'm wrong, I tell them I have all the legal paperwork to show I paid as far as I'm concerned it is PAID, I check website price list and take screenshots of the website showing x-rays included in price of initial consult, get a call later letting me know they made a mistake the price of the x-ray hadn't been removed on their end in the way it was ment to, to me it all sounds like lies do not trust when they say you owe more money keep all paperwork even if it's been months and always double check your invoice to your bank statement stay safe and don't trust the scams

Very pleased with the treatment carried out by Dr Philip Coulter , involving replacing 4 crowns due to one snapping on Xmas day !. He was extremely thorough and explained every part of the process. The whole process was also pain free.
