I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this practice. I was originally booked to see Suki, only to receive a call six weeks later informing me that the appointment could no longer go ahead unless I paid an additional fee. When I booked the appointment, it was done online and there was one fixed price for all dentists. No idea why suki is £75 and someone else being £30. Apparently, it was an issue with the website. They then rebooked me with someone else, Kieran who was genuinely lovely and did his best to help but the practice’s organisation and communication were shocking in particular from reception. I was assured I would receive a follow-up call to discuss prices and the full process for my Invisalign treatment. That call never came. After waiting two weeks, I contacted the practice myself. The receptionist I spoke to was unhelpful and unprepared; she didn’t even know I had an appointment booked and then started discussing my previous appointments with no context. She left to “check something” and eventually returned with just a number, a price with zero explanation of what it included, what treatment plan had been chosen, or why. Nothing that I had been promised was actually delivered. From my experience, it genuinely feels as though the practice prioritises money over patient care, clarity, or service. The lack of communication, professionalism, and support was extremely frustrating and left me with no confidence in proceeding with treatment. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend this practice to anyone considering treatment. Very poor communication and an overall disappointing experience.

The service and expertise received as a patient is second to none. Nothing is to much trouble, any problem you have is listened to. Your options are explained and discussed in order that you receive the best treatment possible. I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend.

For most folk, a trip to the dentist is not the most eagerly anticipated of events. Nevertheless, I wish to express my thanks to Kieron, dentist, and Bo, dental nurse. Kieron was clear, caring and effective. He undertook his work with precision and offered some useful guidance and insight. Meanwhile, Bo provided able support, rendering a potentially stressful experience, seamless. Many thanks to them both and to the friendly reception team.

I would not recommend this dental practice, especially for anyone suffering from gum disease or requiring regular hygiene care. When I first joined in 2022, I believed this was the best dentist I had ever been to. The hygienist at the time was kind, understanding, and genuinely helped me manage my gum disease. Unfortunately, my experience changed last year, and I have been extremely disappointed with how I was treated and how my care has declined since then. During a very difficult period in my life — while I was travelling hundreds of miles each week to care for my terminally ill mother — I fell slightly behind on my flossing routine. I booked an additional scale and polish appointment to get back on track, but the hygienist was extremely rude and judgmental. She did not ask if anything was wrong or why I had fallen behind, and her tone and body language were so unpleasant that I left the appointment in tears. I had been brushing two to three times a day and paying extra to maintain my oral health, so I was shocked by how I was spoken to. It made me think how distressing this would be for patients with more severe dental issues. There are ways to communicate with compassion and professionalism, even when a patient’s dental care has slipped. When I contacted the reception team to explain how upset I was, I received no apology or understanding. Instead, I was transferred to see the dentist for cleans instead of the hygienist — and my gum health has since deteriorated. The “cleans” I receive now last barely five minutes, which is nowhere near adequate for someone with gum disease. Since then, I have experienced significant gum recession and noticeable gaps. When I raised my concerns, the dentist dismissed them, saying I was the only patient who had ever complained. I was then told that the practice no longer employed a hygienist and that I should find another dentist I have since moved to a new dental practice, where the dentist confirmed that the cleanings I received previously were only superficial and not suitable for managing gum disease. It is very disappointing that instead of resolving my complaint with empathy or even a simple apology, this practice preferred to push me away. Patients deserve care, understanding, and proper treatment — not blame or dismissal. If you suffer from gum disease, feel nervous about visiting the dentist, or are looking for a practice that truly listens to and supports its patients, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolute unethical dentist. I wasn’tt able to make my appointment due to a fall and slipped disc in back causing me to be hospitalised. I was unable to call the dentist to cancel. They have taken £75 and weren’t willing to empathise to rebook the appointment without a further charge. They claimed the dentist has kept the money - very unprofessional and they have lost good customers. I know other dental practices who consider personal circumstances. I even explained I was unable to call up as I went to hospital but they still charged me the money. Good at all cost . If I could give no stars I would - please avoid at all cost.

Visited here for a full check up and examination today with my mum and the experience here was amazing!! Kieron is a fantastic dentist - he is professional and friendly! He went above and beyond for both of us to ensure we had a chance to ask our questions. Kieron also explained everything thoroughly, all while showing compassion. Thank you to Karen for being so kind and supportive during the process for me and my mum!! Finally, shout out to Vanita at reception, it’s hard to find enthusiastic and helpful receptionists these days! Glad to have found my new dentist!
