Restored my confidence with the dentist. I moved to Chadderton around 6 years ago and haven’t been to a dentist in all that time due to previous bad experience. Now I have a young daughter I need to take I knew I needed to just take the plunge and register myself. I was so nervous and anxious and following my consultation I knew I needed two fillings and a good clean. I did these over two appointments one with the hygienist (so sorry I have forgotten your name) and one with Natalie. Both ladies were absolutely amazing they really reassured me and made me feel comfortable. The surroundings are lovely, it’s a very warm feeling in the surgery both waiting room and treatment rooms, and every staff member I met was warm and welcoming and really helpful. I took my daughter for her first visit and Natalie was great with her too. My trust and confidence has now been restored and I love that I have no fears about visiting the dentist or having further treatment. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently had some treatment at Firwood Dental Practice and was very nervous about the procedure. Natalie was extremely professional and reassuring and put me at ease prior to the treatment, which went very well and was pain free. The aftercare for patients is excellent, I was contacted the next day to check on my progress and asked to contact the surgery should I have any problems. All of the staff at the surgery are helpful, friendly and very approachable. An excellent practice all round!
