We have been using Audley dentists for 7 years and have always had a good experience. We see the same dentist each time as a family appointment and she is thorough, caring and attentive and great with our daughter.

Been after dentist for years after moving home. Couldn't fault the experience, very thorough examination, x ray and clean and polish. Steph has a very friendly relaxed attitude explained things very clearly. Top marks from me.

Absolutely disgusting approach to patients. Inaccessible and down right awful. Receptionist, practice manager and dentist Stephanie incredibly ignorant and just oblivious to any highlighted downfalls of their “perfect practice”. The dentist Stephanie was great at first, she was aware of some vulnerabilities, yet when I reached out for an appt due to pain, she completely shunned me with not an ounce of humanity. **OUTDATED, NEGLIGENT AND NIL COMPASSION** They have a particular clientele of white upper middle class and anyone else is dismissed and taken off the books through lying about missed appointments. Receptionist Sandra was incredibly rude, argumentative, inconsiderate and combative on numerous occasions. I was told to await a phone call due to urgent dental pain, and then received a letter that I hadn’t called them so they are taking me off the books and refusing to see me?! Knowing full well that it is incredibly difficult to get into another dentist. Three crumbled fillings and left in pain. Should be ashamed.

My husband left work early to attend an appointment. Due to difficulty parking he was 6 minutes late. The receptionist informed him that his dentist had left to pick children up from school and due to his lateness and one cancelled appointment (due to covid) in the past they had knocked him off their patient list. The receptionist was rude, dismissive with zero understanding or care. I rang the dental practice a few days later to ask for an explanation, after all, the dentist has kept my husband waiting in the waiting room for over half an hour in the past and has also cancelled appointments. I was also intrigued to find out if my husband was 6 minutes late and the dentist had already left, how long would my husband's appointment have lasted? Unfortunately when I rang of course the dentist was not available to talk to me and the receptionist, once again, was not cooperative and told me that the complaint was a confidential matter that could only be discussed with my husband and that a letter would be sent to him in the post. Audley dentist, my advice would be ...put your receptionist on a customer care course, don't make appointments if you need to pick your kids up from school and understand that most patients have busy lives to juggle, give them a bit of leeway. Oh well Audley dentist, here's another 1 star rating to add to your reviews.

Fractured a tooth on an olive stone at lunch time, called at 1:30pm and was fixed up, repaired and on my way by 3:30pm. Sandra spoke to the dentist, promised a call back within 10mins and she delivered. Incredibly seamless service. Thank you all. See you for my check up!

I came for my 6-month check-up appointment today and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was seen almost immediately after checking in and had the most wonderful dentist and dental nurse duo. I was well looked after and made to feel incredibly comfortable; the practice has also been very accommodating to my mother’s work schedule as a nurse whenever she hasn’t been able to make it to appointments.

Absolutely shocking service. I missed a few appointments due to being in and out of hospital with a bursted appendix and was told "well someone should of called for you" never spoke to such a rude receptionist!! I'm actually happy they've taken me off the books
