Managed to get into this dentist after trying for 3 years I am absolutely over the moon with the service I get from these lovely friendly people I’m petrified of dentist and the dentist I have (can’t remember his name) was lovely and comforting me that I don’t have to have anything if I’m not confident with it brilliant service can’t thank them enough

Took my mum (elderly lady with dementia) to have a tooth removed today. She has previously fallen and broke jaw and teeth took a bashing. Staff at this fab dental practice took a look post accident and said they need to remove tooth but wanted to wait till her jaw had healed. We went today and they were so lovely to her and so very gentle. It was a professional caring experience from start to finish - receptionists, dental nurses and dentists all fantastic - my mum had a caring pain free experience.

Do not go to this Dentist unless you want all of your teeth to be ruined! I went here for a tooth bridge a couple of years ago and it has been in my mouth for not even half of the time in total . It kept coming out nearly every month. There was no duty of care at all and the dentist even said to me that she fitted the bridge wrong and that’s why my teeth had moved and why my bridge kept falling out. The whole idea to get a bridge was to not have so much anxiety and this bridge has actually caused me so much more stress than it was worth. £750+ is what it has cost me and with having to have it cemented back in. Instead of dealing with the problem in the first place, the dentist just kept cementing the bridge back In, to cut on costs for them but then still charged me each time. Granted they refunded me £650 but this will not get me far. As this dentist has ruined my teeth( the bridge being so temperamental has caused my other teeth to decay because of how hard it is to brush the bridge properly without it nearly falling out) it has created much more anxiety and I will now somehow have to trust another dentist and get hopefully another bridge. If this dentist hasn’t damaged my teeth too much! Also the bridge needed to be put back in temporarily before I find a way to get another one but they’ve just been like here’s your refund, sort it yourself and bye. I’m writing this review because I really do not want anybody else to go through the stress that I have over the years with this dentist :(

Have been a patient for a few years , very professional surgery , this year I have a new dentist and all I can say is I’m extremely grateful, I have a lovely new set of dentures and I’m pain free , Thankyou very much 🙏
