SIMPLY THE BEST – A Genuine, Reassuring Experience from Start to Finish I haven’t had the best luck with dentists. I’ve tried a few in the area, and sadly, most seemed more focused on what the treatment would cost than actually helping me. But by pure chance, I came across Changing Faces Dentistry — and I’m so glad I did. I filled in a short form on Instagram and was soon contacted by Kerrie Richmond. She messaged me to ask when would be a good time to call, and true to her word, she rang exactly when she said she would. This wasn’t your average clinical chat with a receptionist — within minutes, I felt like I’d known Kerrie for years. She was warm, down-to-earth, and made me laugh. She listened to my past experiences and offered real empathy, reassurance, and even shared some of her own personal insights. It completely changed the way I felt about taking the next step. Today, I went for my free consultation at their Harborne practice. From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness of the practice was instantly noticeable — it even smelled fresh. I made my way upstairs to a beautifully modern and welcoming room, where I was greeted by a lovely lady (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name!) before being introduced to Marc Northover. Marc greeted me with a firm handshake and genuine warmth. After a brief but thorough examination, he took the time to explain everything clearly. He asked lots of questions — and encouraged mine too — and never once rushed me. It’s clear Marc truly cares about his patients and wants the best possible outcome for them. My nerves melted away, and for the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful and excited about my dental future. I haven’t committed to treatment yet — this was just the first consultation — but I already can’t wait to return to discuss my options and start planning the next steps. In short: Kerrie, Marc, and the team at Changing Faces are, in the words of Tina Turner… SIMPLY THE BEST.

The receptionists at Harborne are very nice. I had Keeley as my dentist first then Simon then Suresh. I initially chose this dentist to get Invisalign privately as I wanted a female dentist as I think they have more attention to detail cosmetically and she seemed very nice at the consultation. However, then due to her maternity orthodontist got replaced. I feel like I wasn't really listened to as I asked for refinements which Simon said I would get in next appointment as he did scans but then next appointment he wasn't there and no refinements. Then had additional costs. I'm done with treatment but just how I was not 100% happy with the NHS braces nor was with private Invisalign. Happy with top teeth but not with bottom but was told that the tooth that seems slightly back will not improve so hence settled. So overall okay experience.

l am very happy with Changing Faces clinic, all team was super friendly and helpful. Recently l had gum treatment from dentist Adnan Aslam and l am so pleased with his care. He is expert in his field, very knowledgeable and takes time to explain all details about treatment options. Previously l also had Invisalign treatment with Adnan and l am super happy with my results. He is a dentist l trust fully and l definitely would contact to that clinic if l have any dental issues. Excellent! Changing faces surpasses the usual Dental Practices. Communication and explanations have certainly informed me of aspects of my care no other surgery has done before. Receptionist always welcoming and friendly too. I researched Dental Practices before changing and although I could have found many nearer I am so glad I chose Changing Faces. Both Harborne and Knowle Practices always excel.
