I’d give No stars if I could My Dad went to the dentist this morning as he has several times before but this time with tooth ache . Before treatment he had to digitally sign in on a tablet my Dad suffers with bad shakes and had trouble signing in so the receptionist tried to sign in and she couldn’t make it recognise her signature either they made my Dad keep signing in saying he was doing it wrong he apologised for his shaky hand and offered to sign with a pen and paper the good old fashioned way they accused him of being difficult and rude and said if he didn’t like the way they did things he was free to go , my Dad was upset by the way they treated and spoke to him and told me if that was the way they treated patients / customers ££££ he’s better off finding a different/ better Dentist I’m disgusted that theyve treated my Dad like this who is 76 years old .., maybe they should learn how to talk to people with respect and reassure and support people of this age who aren’t comfortable with technology Being Nice , kind and helpful seem to be out of fashion with this Dental practice

I had previously been with my dentist for 15 years...so was really anxious about starting all over again, with new dental practice, I need have never worried. I have now been a patient for 2 years, fantastic practice, my dentist and hygienist are exceptional, the care time and attention you will receive is second to none. I feel I am in the best hands, and my teeth and gums have never been healthier, thanks to all their hard work, commitments, and advice.

I found CFD to be great! Friendly, professional, easy to deal with and of course very convenient - very pleasantly surprised and will be using them from now on.

Might just covert me to private dentistry. With bad toothache it was great to be seen the same day rather than a 5 day wait for my NHS dentist. Also handy they are at Sainsburys as did shopping as well!
