Originally, this review was a 5 star one. At the beginning of my time with Charisma, things seemed very thorough and made a lot of sense. But as time progressed, I found I was being overcharged and recommended treatments I didn't need. The dentist also made me feel rushed and criticised.

Dr. Amir was incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the process and making me feel completely at ease throughout. Dr Khalil is an amazing dentist. I went to his private practice in Stockport today (23/4) for a filling and a general checkup. Dr Khalil X-rayed, cleaned and polished my teeth and did a filling leaving my mouth feeling fresh. Dr Khalil made me feel at ease (even when he was numbing part of my mouth). I am happy with his work and I’ll be returning again in the very near future for another filling and regular checkups.

I needed an emergency dentist appointment. I called Charisma at 9:00 and had an appointment booked for 12:25 the same day. The service was excellent and they sorted the issue there and then. Dr Ahmad and Terrie were both so kind and reassuring. Having been someone who actively avoided the dentist previously, I have already booked my first proper appointment for a full check up.
