I was taken off the list as my daughter was struggling..on reduced timetable at school..now diagnosed with adhd and asd..we were just over 10 mins late although i explained to receptionist i was nearby in a taxi..i asked to be seen by the owner and was told i would have to pay even though my daughter was already a nhs patient..he then was rude in front of my daughter saying i had made malicious accusations which we had said we would not discuss in front of her...we then politley left..i left a review and recieved a email to tell me not to make accussations..i know how we were treated.I was left with 2 nasty marks on my teeth for 2 years and was told it couldnt be corrected as gum disease..i was victimized because of it but im in poor health..but racheal seemed to know best that nothing could be done..after going to a new dentist she removed the marks immediately and said theres no reason why this could not of been done sooner!!then she covered them with composite bonding restoring my confidence and smile!!it seems like this dentist would prefer private patients as stated on their website.Shame on you i like my smile!i think alistair needs to replace his so called proffessional staff and my new dentist has agreed to support me with this.I would highly not recommend this dentist at all.Anyone is entitled to make a review so no emails this time please.

I have been using this dentist for years, with only some minor issues (I was fighting for 2 years to get a painful wisdom tooth removed). When I was ill with serious health issues and missed a couple of check ups they revomed me and my child from their patient list without even a text or letter to say they would be doing so, which would have giving me an opportunity to explain. I'm better now but no longer have a dentist and they refuse to allow US back on their patient list. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. If you do wish to use and continue using this practice make sure you don't have heart problems, cancer, mental health or any other issues which may cause you to miss a check ups.

Absolutly amazing dentist, the gentleman explained everything nthat needed done which was a filling, treatment was brilliant start to finish. I havenet been in 10 years and they are still as good as they were back then. Thank you

I have been going to this dental practice for many years, and can honestly say that Rachael is wonderful. I am a VERY nervous patient, but I am always put at ease. I’ve had a tooth extracted today , and was so very anxious, but, as ever was put at ease and managed to get through the appointment without any problem. Thank you Rachael and your team for the brilliant, professional and caring service you provide.

I managed to get an emergency appointment here to have a tooth removed, after suffering severe toothache for a week and unable to get an appointment at my own dentist. Rachel and her dental assistant were brilliant, very professional and attentive. The reception staff were also very helpful and courteous. If this practice were taking on NHS patients, I would have no hesitation in changing Practices. Thank you.

Best dentist I’ve been registered with. Robert Collyer explained the whole process, options and best prices. Excellent treatment from him; no pain or post treatment issues. Would highly recommend him. Assistants were great as well

Would of give them 5 but I had a tooth pulled on Fri began having swelling and aches Fri night rang 111 said I would have to wait for the dentist rang back on Monday and they couldn't see me for another week even though I had a very sore swollen face so I have to wait another week let's hope my infection does not spread!

My son has been registered for year with yous, he rings for an appointment to be told he has to find some where else taken on yet he's registered with yous spoke with alot of the dentists and all said coz he is registered with yous he should of been seen it's an emergency, also a very snotty receptionist speaking down on people is total wrong, wouldnt even listen so now my son has to go to dental hospital and pay and he's go no income coming in total disgrace
