I wouldn’t normally do this but this is the 3rd time the receptionist was rude to me & very unwelcoming, My Son is Autistic & struggles communicating socially he tried speaking to this same receptionist before & she blanked him when leaving, I called to rearrange a appointment due to it clashing with a emergency appointment & I asked if there was a different time that day & she no I asked for next earliest appointment on a certain day & offered me a very early appointment I explained we live of in the country & getting to that side of town is very hard at that time & with my son being autistic is a big change to his routine she didn’t care it was that time or nothing no compassion at all, I have been bringing my children for their braces for years to this practice & since your change of staff it’s very much gone downhill, As a receptionist your first point being welcoming even on the phone, Hannah was very far from being welcoming & not helpful. And also another receptionist when leaving I wanted to book my appointment ran off reception because she had a doctor calling her same time as I come to the desk to make my childs next appointment. Very disappointed in the service we have been receiving specially since the Male receptionist has left.

The receptionist was lovely but that was where it ended, I booked a 30minute appointment which I only received 10mins as they were 20mins late. My biggest issue is if you have a forward facing role where you need to communicate with clients being able to speak clear English would have been very helpful, other than that the male dentist seemed very rude and ignored everything I told him and then told me everything I had just attempted to tell him, this was a very bad experience. If you are looking to understand a procedure this isn't the place cause they can't speak English. If your happy for them to dive in blind then go right ahead! **(3 months in now you want to chat about it, your business is a joke) i also feel i was lied to regarding entitlement to nhs treatment as a way of your dentist trying to take more of my money. Your dentist claimed to have no knowledge of nhs removals at all which is kind of worrying. Im still waiting to be emailed my Xray too.
