You get what you pay for or don't pay. Private is much better but so expensive. Not impressed with treatment of grandaughter. She lost her gum shield so when I asked for another one they weren't very pleased and it looked like a rush job. She's now outgrown her latest one and they're saying wait till December. Ive told them shes grinding really bad ad won't have any teeth left soon but won't see her until October 2nd then it takes a few weeks to make. Disgusting. We've ordered one online. I think I'll probably go back to private for myself cause they're not that great.

Mr. John Najafi was excellent with my composite filling. He explained everything clearly before and after, noticed a change early on and kept me informed, and provided thorough aftercare guidance. He was so gentle I was nearly dozing off.

Absolutely horrendous phone manner of the practice manager. Not good at dealing with complaints or upset customers. No attempt to reassure or come to a solution. She became defensive and argumentative and then asked if I wanted to be taken off the register.... Will be raising a complaint 😕 Such a shame after previously having such a lovely service.

What a fabulous dental experience! Shiva is so kind, patient, gentle and thorough. Excellent with both my children, encouraging them in such a friendly way and helping them actually enjoy visits to the dentist! I had fears and trauma with previous dentists and this surgery has taken all that away from me. I no longer dread going as I know I will be listened to and my concerns will be addressed. I'm a slightly nervous patient, due to having bad experiences in the past at a different surgery, so Shiva always hands me a hand mirror so I can watch (which helps the nerves a lot!) and gives me time where necessary to help me stay calm. Wouldn't go anywhere else now, especially with the quality of work in addition to the kind bedside manner. Shiva takes the time to get it right and always makes sure things are as comfortable as possible, reassuring me often.
