The receptionist is so unprofessional and rude here. When I asked to change my dentist she just replied no this can’t happen but when I said I know there is process to change dentist then her tone changed and gave me email address. I am really worried for the people who call for help without having prior info

I had a dental hygiene clean the other day, As per usual the waiting room was clean and tidy. The dental assistant called me in within 2min. The hygienist explained everything that I needed to do. At the end I left with my teeth feeling clean and tidy.

I went for emergency appointment as my wisdom tooth was coming out & was in extreme pain. Instead of asking how can doctor can help me, she literally started telling me I need to book my routine appointment and the nhs dental rules. She was very unprofessional and I feel she didn’t even check my teeth she literally peeked and as I said I felt better with antibiotics she just gave me the same. I felt very unwelcoming, rushed & forceful to book my routine appointment and I did mention the same to the receptionist.
