I had my 1st appointment with this practise 2 weeks ago, my 2nd was yesterday, both being emergency appointments. I spoke to 2 fantastic ladies, who made sure to fit me in as soon as they could on both days. Everyone was just so lovely and helpful, you can really feel that they care about everyone that walks through the door! Dr. Jasdeep was very calming and thorough when explaining what he would need to do and made sure I understood everything before he started as well as during the treatment. At the time I didn't care how much it would cost me once I got some help to stop the pain, but I was pleasantly suprised that they don't charge an arm and a leg for emergency appointments, and that's was also with antibiotics! I can't recommend these guys enough!

I needed to find a dentist after moving home and was suffering from a wobbly and increasingly painful tooth. Going to the dentist is not usually an easy experience for me as I have considerable anxiety when I need to go but a neighbour recommended Theale Dental Surgery so I booked a consultation this week. Laura, the Practice Manager, was so warm and welcoming, putting me at my ease immediately and reassuring me that I would be well looked after by my dentist and the entire team. After completing the new patient form, Saba, my new dentist, came and introduced herself and explained everything that she would be doing to check my dental health and deal with my wobbly tooth. We chatted about non-tooth related things for a few minutes and I felt amazingly calm, even when being numbed by one of those huge needles. Saba answered all of my questions and looked after me so well that I left happy, even though there was no hope for my tooth and I left that behind. Apart from some minor discomfort from that big needle, I felt no pain during the examination or the extraction and always felt safe and cared for. It was the best experience I have ever had in a dental practice and I did not panic at all, as I usually do, I have already booked my next appointment and am so grateful that my neighbour recommended Theale Dental Surgery. I encourage anyone who is looking for gentle and reasonably priced dental care to trust in the team there and make an appointment. Finding good dental care which does not cost a fortune and is carried out by kind and compassionate professionals is not easy these days but they do still exist in Theale. I had my first appointment today. Quite simply the best dental experience that I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and I felt respected from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I phoned them. The cost was very reasonable. And my treatment was done within one appointment, An amazing experience.
