I was referred here for a tooth extraction, had a brilliant dentist who put me at ease & kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok. Wish this was my local practice!

I had a tooth out today and was really nervous, the staff were so lovely and helpful and made me feel really relaxed, I didn’t feel any pain having the removal and would highly recommend this place.

Had a wisdom tooth extraction today - was very nervous. Receptionist was really lovely on arrival and the dentist Fatima and her assistant (sorry I didn't ask her name!) couldn't have been better. Excellent communication skills, very kind, warm in nature and reassuring. Numbed up well with 3 little injections and once it took affect after about 3-4 mins it took less than a minute to get the tooth out. I was in shock 🫨. In and out in 10 mins, most of which was chat and numbing time. They were so kind and checked in on me regularly through the short process. Could have had a better experience: 5 ⭐

I was referred to this practice by my usual dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction as it was apparently going to be tricky. I have had a few teeth pulled over the years and this was by far the easiest I have experienced. In and out of the room within 10-15 minutes. The female dentist was excellent and very calming. 2 or 3 injections in the area, wait 5 mins for them to take affect, tooth out with one firm pull. I just hope I'm able to use this dentist again if ever I need another extraction in the future.

Don’t often leave reviews but I say the lady dentist yesterday she was absolutely amazing very reassuring after my bad experience with my old dentist had tooth and wisdom extraction in and done in 15/20mins tops she had lovely assistant also very reassuring and nice very minimal pain and swelling after 24hrs she defo did fantastic job

Generally had a very good experience with my dentist and the receptionists, however I would like to request a change in policy to change reminders to be at least 3 days in advance if not more. I paid a deposit about 6months ago for an appointment. You receive a reminder only 2 days before your appointment but only have 24hours to cancel before losing your deposit money. Life is complicated and I didn't have this date in my diary. I think an earlier reminder system would be better for patient and practice. I would have had a chance to have called up sooner and my appointment would then have a better chance of being used for somebody else. I also would have been able to plan my weeks meetings better if I had been reminded sooner and wouldn't have to choose between loosing my deposit and not being able to attend an important work meeting. Mostly my fault but a change in policy would be appreciated if possible!

Today l visited this dentist, (having a tooth removed for the first time), and l just want to reassure others that this is such a brilliant practice. The receptionist was friendly and had good humour and the female dentist/surgeon was excellent. Reassuring, constantly asking me if l was OK, and clear with her instructions. Also.... no pain! I felt in good hands throughout. Thank you.

If I could give this place negative stars I would Got referred here for a tooth extraction and appointment was for 12 didn’t get seen till 1pm I’m already a nervous wreck the dentist lady that was taking the the tooth out was unbelievably rude her assistant tho was fantastics and helpful keeping me as calm as possible. But the dentist lady was getting angry I understand it the nhs and not private but the way she doubt with it no duty of care at all I will 100% be paying extra to go private
