Iv had a terrible experience with Rohan the owner please please don’t let this guy drill anything untill they have been xrayed and then I would take a second opinion from another dentist the owner likes to make his cash and fill teeth that have stains I had a root canal done and several fillings which was a disaster after convincing me he’s the best root canal guy in town he left two nerves in the tooth which was infected and if that wasn’t bad enough he left a filling unsealed right opposite which now needs a root canal !! He also removed a silver filing and now that needs a root canal . Not only did my new dentist find these problems and fix them . Rohan had two opportunity’s to find the problems but completely missed them, I was turned away and told it was covid and it was probably due to a sensitive mouth he was completely in denial and refused to take any accountability whatsoever then he offered me 500 pound compensation which I refused I get the feeling that it’s just rush rush in the surgery and I wouldn’t take my pet hamster there !!! I have a serious gum recession problem now and I was warned about this from co worker in the same building !!! Now I’m in a doward spiral battling gum recession and it’s terrible . after leaving this revive the staff who work there has left a serious of 5 star revives and himself which is pathetic this guy always tells everyone that he stands buy his work his fillings are the best an he’s the best dentist in the world !!! This doesn’t appear to be the case please be carefull with this guy .

Head and shoulders above any previous dental practice I have had treatment from in the past. The entire team are a joy, and Dr Thankey is patient, thorough and incredibly good at putting you at ease. Would not hesitate to recommend

Hand on heart I’m normally terrible for visiting the Dentist, but on advice from friends, my teeth really needed some tlc ! And St. John’s came highly recommended. Well it didn’t disappoint! Every opportunity for criticism towards the practice delivered every time. Greeted by your name, warm smiles all round. Every staff member that was in my surroundings was attentive, warm, welcoming and extremely professional. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Their calm and friendly demeanour really helps ease any nerves. Viraj is my dentist and he’s amazing.
