Cannot remember the dental nurse’s name but want to thank her so much for her patience with me today. I have extremely sensitive teeth and unfortunately causes me pain during dental work, i could not stop shaking because of my anxiety and she really helped calm me down. She talked me through the whole procedure, and telling me when and where she was going to work on next. We had to stop a few times because of the pain and she was just so patient with me and it felt extremely validating. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

1st visit to Alec Waugh and I am absolutely petrified of the dentist, I was made to feel so at ease, reception staff were lovely and friendly. Dentist Mr E Seoud was lovely, spoke kindly and talked me through everything and I actually didn't feel nervous as I thought and think I will be OK at my next visit. A lovely practice and am pleased I came and will continue with my appointments here. 😊

I haven’t been to a dentist for years out of fear. I attended today and that fear has completely gone away. The dentist and nurse were fantastic and made me feel so at ease. The receptionist was so friendly and approachable too. Lovely dental practice. Thank you.

I extremely disappointed with my son’s horrible experience, just because he’s under universal credit they left him without any treatment for more than week, he can not sleep or eat for more than week, and he has to study for his A Level final exam , but he couldn’t because of the pain he has . The dentist saw him twice but he didn’t even give him a pain killer. Finally he went to another dentist and they treated him privately. This is our second issue with this dentist. Zero star because of if I could.

After reading the response I realized I was not clear. It's true they offered me an appointment for June. When I said "I'm not coming back" was my thought when they made the offer, not what they told me. Even the dentist (who appears to be a very nice person, before that and by her own volition, probably embarrassed or realizing how much this had affected) offered to stay after hours and do the treatment. Very nice of her, I felt it was not right for me to keep her outside her working hours, and my appointment was supposed to be at 14:00 and I had to wait until past 16:00. I didn't have the time to do it, and I prefer a clinic were these things don't happen. The issue with my wife's treatment they claim they can't comment on has nothing private. It was to explain why they stop providing her the same coverage under NHS and if I was in the same position. It is information they sent by email. I guess many patients have received the same message. If there were privacy issues, they should not send that information on an email. They were elusive regarding whether I was on route to receive the same email or not. For me, the response to my first message has not changed anything. And this is my last clarification. I am putting my best effort to describe what I went through and didn't want to leave things to be misinterpreted.

I am a nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist for a while. I booked in with Michelle and from our initial assessment to the treatment I received she, and her colleague who assisted her have been brilliant. Michelle was so reassuring, she ensured I knew what was happening, that I felt nothing while I had two fillings and a clean up, and they both put me completely at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received.
