I visited this dental clinic for the first time. The team were welcoming and supportive. They had good listening skills and were very thorough when completing their dental examination. The clinic is large and has a peaceful atmosphere. The administration team explained carefully what treatments they offer and assisted me carefully to complete paperwork.

Appointments are often made then postponed for a later date (sometimes only a day after). Customer Toilet still out of service (got to be over a year) with no plans to fix. One stroppy receptionist (no longer works there) said as they do not provide food and drink they do not need to supply W.C. Believe me nervous people need to use the toilet. For a Dentist with the BUPA name would expect better. edited to add - ** impressive over 9 months ago still not received correspondance regarding this ** Edited to add now 5 years later and still no contact

Returned last week, seen my Tim and Oli, dental nurse Explained the treatment today, was thorough, no anesthetic, just cleaning, also filling, using some sort of gum, and light laser with eye protection, washed and rinsed my mouth only took around 3o minutes, really pleased with the outcome Receptionist very helpful also when working at the desk, happy go lucky, even singing as well

This is a great place at first been here more them 10 years all of a sudden I can't get appointment. An when you book appointment they cancel it or when you get to the dentist appointment they telling you some rubbish the dentist can't see you because you have not filling a forms or they remove you from the dentist this people who work are very difficult and disgusting behaviour.

I just want to say how relieved i felt having 3 teeth our at once..manager had me straight in as an emergency..Tim is the best dentist I've every been at ease with..he's non judgment..most imperative he's confidence makes you feel your in the right hands..talked me through it and his colleague ollie held my hand and told me to concentrate on breathing which worked wonders and Tim is amasing..am so grateful and he's done most of my teeth and getting new dentures next week..he's the best

First appointment here with SungEun Kwak, she was brilliant and calming (I'm a nervous patient with a strong gag reflex) first to take regular x-rays since I can't recall how long. Overall a great visit for someone like me, who has an aversion to dentists. Thank you.
