Worst practice .I been today for an emergency appointment because I been in pain all weekend not sleeping feeling very very bad and the polish ladies from reception they turned me around with a very bad attitude telling that they Microsoft is down all over the world and that dentist cannot see me and to go away.I told them to reschedule and they haven't bothered with me telling to leave.Ladies from reception ,especially the blonde one,very rude and not caring about patients especially when is an emergency appointment.

Awful. This isn’t a dentist, it’s a butcher with a drill. Heavy-handed, aggressive, and utterly clueless. If you actually value your teeth, go literally anywhere else. And Isabella, or whatever her name was, takes the crown as the worst dentist I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting.

Amazing. 2 lovely ladies fixed my broken tooth in minutes after another dental practice said that they couldn't. They were incredibly kind and reassuring. I'm a terrible patient and also hate needles and they dealt with me so well. Can't recommend enough. 1 very grateful person who is now pain free after 2 weeks of a snapped tooth! Thank you 😊

I had to go back and edit my review. Let me begin by saying that my dentist, Tiona, is outstanding. I have always been happy with her work and attitude. HOWEVER, the receptionists are abysmal. There is one in particular who is unbelievably rude and lazy—the blonde one with lip fillers that make her look clownish. On several occasions, my appointments were cancelled. Each time, I immediately tried to call and reschedule after receiving the cancellation text. I never managed to get through to reception. Every time, I had to go to the practice in person to rebook, which was a real inconvenience. At first, I assumed the receptionists were simply too busy to answer the phone. But one day, I walked into the practice and saw the waiting area completely empty. I took out my phone, dialed their number… and heard nothing. The blonde receptionist had muted the phones to avoid speaking with patients. When I asked her why the phones were muted, she didn’t even attempt to explain herself. She simply looked at me with disdain and snapped, “I won’t argue with you.” I continue as a patient only because Tiona is such an outstanding dentist. That said, the blonde, clown-looking receptionist—whose demeanor is more akin to a convict serving time than to a professional front-desk staff member—has consistently left a bad impression. If I were the owner of a dental practice, the last thing I would want is staff who make patients feel unwelcome.
