dr zarina ahmed, as ruined 12 of my top teeth which she as shaved along thining them out and cutting in one of them ,what was meant to be a routine checkup on the 17/03/2025 i was in complete utter shock disblief of the treatment i'd received i phoned the practice ,tracy booked a appointment for the 24/03/2025 and also stated if i didn't come that i wouldn't have the opportunity to be seen by another dentist or be moved to basford ?as i gave my concern i didn't want to be seen by dr zarina ahmed again ,i went to the appointment 24/03/25 i merely gave details of problems she had made to my teeth as dr zarina ahmed stood near the window and made the comment, it's wear and tear, without making any effort to check or showing any concern, what was the reason for the appointment she didn't do anything ? i find this to be so patronising undermining thinking she was disguising the truth as if i'm unable to recognise the difference between dental negligence or grinding my teeth to suggest this is so insulting, i said i'm not arguing with you she replied if you want to make a complaint take it down stair with tracy, which i did i explained of dr zarina ahmed negligence but tracy didn't take any notice dismissed a total disregard and then told to go without a second opinion this was a admission of guilt on reflection about two weeks later i received a letter stating i could no longer be given treatment again,taken off the books because they say i was perceived to be verbally abusive, which is an absolute fabrication and they know it, this is a cover up collectively it doesn't matter how many people lie with no cctv footage to proof their accusation just manipulating the situation trying to shift blame onto me which is very calculating ,it doesn't change the fact of mistakes made to my teeth they know they have acted in the most appaling manner failing to demonstrate any moral or professional integity it just goes to show you how the system is so callous ,when it needs to be opting to take a code of silence policy as there only defence, tracy please don't try and pacify me with a response it's only denial, two tier system if you did your job and followed the correct procedure my teeth should have been checked out by another dentist, as requested to confirm what i say is the truth by rejected this you were far too concerned protecting dr zarina ahmed credability i cannot believe that you are still ignoring the issue shame on you,without anyone being prepared to take the right course of action,to check my damaged teeth, which i'm constantly reminded of as it's in alignment with my tongue ,this is a abuse of authority which nobody is taking accountability for ,my trust in people as been severely affected trying to force me onto accepting there misconduct refusing to take any sufficient action over a long period of time just waiting for the issue to go away.

I had quite a bit of sudden tooth pain and needed some help, and I can't give family dental care more than five stars, but would if I could. After my first treatment I was still struggling a little and was seen again free of charge and got sorted quickly, and now fine. Very pleased!

If I was you I'd avoid this place, God forbid you miss an appointment that you never made! To then be chucked of the books.. no letter to explain that you had been removed.. infact no information about the appointment that I supposedly made! Any excuse to get people off there nhs books..
