I have had Maneeb as my dentist for many years. All my treatment has been fantastic. I am an awful patient,nervous,gagging etc but he has always been kind and understanding. My family also have him as their dentist. I would absolutely recommend him. Top bloke 👍🏾

I’ve been seeing Dr. Muneeb for several years now, genuinely one of the best Dentists I’ve come across. He looks after me and my two boys. Lovely reception team and always get reminder calls and texts ahead of my appointment to remind me which I really appreciate. There are times when we have had to wait longer than our allotted appointment time but that’s the nature of the job, you have to care for people’s teeth and with the amount of sweets my boys go through, it’s understandable that some visits take longer than others and you have to be patient whether it’s NHS check up or private deep clean. The care and service here is second to none.

Worst dentist ever lol , Declines your oral care asked and NEEDED. Absolutely no empathy for there patients, avoid at all costs! They just push you back and back till your teeth are on the brink of falling out, Shocking 'NHS' service.

So I booked an appointment and was quoted £49 for an appointment plus two x-rays. Ive got home to an answer phone message saying that the dentist has added £50 on to the bill for an apparently emergency appointment.i wasn't quoted £99 I was quoted £49 so I will be going to the financial ombudsman because I'm sure that kind of practice is illegal.

Very poor service very rude person behind the desk who didn't book me in for the correct procedures would not recommend at all this was after the last time I was there I felt like I'd been butchered only went back due to the urgency never again

I called up to make an appointment for my 8 year old to be told she has been taken off the register for a missed appointment, an appointment that I never made for her! No letter sent to me no phone call nothing! However me and her dad are both still on the register! Even if I had made the appointment its not the 8 year olds responsibility to get herself there ! The receptionist was extremely rude and I've always found this particular young woman to be extremely rude she most certainly should not be in customer service

I rang up the surgery to try and book an appointment and got through to an incredibly rude receptionist. If you don't like the job in customer service, grow up, learn basic manners and work elsewhere. There's no need to take it out on people who have no choice but to call up and book appointments. Unfortunately, there is no option for no stars. Avoid this dentist surgery due to this rude receptionist!!
