Same issue as many. I have appointment at 2:30 and it's 3:20 and still waiting. If they do like this in emergency then what will be done with normal patients. If we come late for ten minutes then not be checked and be told that you are late. Very sad due to this condition otherwise doctors and staff is good.

Dr Ten is an artist and a saint!! The dentist I was supposed to see ended up on leave last minute, which wouldn't be a huge deal except reception wrote my number down wrong so couldn't tell me in advance, and I was travelling from norwich and had a train to catch 2 hours later! I cannot fault them for this, a small typo was made much worse by circumstance. Reception are also angels, they managed to get me booked in with another dentist an hour and a half later, and then with a 3rd dentist when that dentist was running over. They kept me updated on timings and did everything they could to make sure I got my filling and didn't miss my train. Dentist number three was Dr Ten. He double checked he would have enough time to do the filling to a standard he was happy with. He also identified a second cavity from my previous xray, and made sure that was filled also. I mentioned I was nervous and was unsure if I needed the filling, he gave me so much reassurance, and took pictures on my phone of each step so I could see there were definitely two cavities, and so I could see what had been done afterwards! There was absolutely no pain for the entire thing, the numbing injection I was expecting to be painful but that was the one thing he took his time on, he made sure it was pain free. He told me exactly what each tool was for and let me see it in action briefly before use. I knew I was in the safest hands and this massively lowered my anxiety. Somehow he finished with a few minutes to spare, just enough time to take a final picture, and the filling is immaculate! The anaesthetic has worn off, I've got no pain and my bite is perfect. He really saved my day, I am incredibly grateful for him taking the time to see me, and for his kindness and dilligence.

So I visited the dental practice on the advice of a friend who has been a patient at the practice for many years now. The practice is a real inner city dental practice with polite receptionists who made me fill in a new patient form and wait patiently for Dr Umar. I waited about 20 mins, he saw me and took x rays straight away. He assessed my teeth health very quickly and stated I needed a deep clean. His communication was very clear and he mentioned my options to me. His deep clean was not painful on gyms and he was very open about my dental hygiene methods. He said I had been brushing too hard with an electric toothbrush and that I needed to use something softer. It was all very no nonsense and to the point. I do recommend so far.

This practice doesn’t even deserve the one star! Both my parents were registered at this dental practice. They visited Dr Ten. He was rude, obnoxious, very aggressive with the way he was pulling at their teeth and gums. Leaving my father with a wobbly tooth and my mother with sore/ bleeding gums for a weeks. He picks and chooses who to treat with respect. This occurred on two separate occasions with both. Horrific service!! I wouldn’t recommend this dental practice to anyone. Also please do go with your elderly parents, do not let them go alone!! Especially if they do not fluently speak English! Vulnerable NHS patients will stuggle at this practice.

My mum has been a patient here for approximately 2 years. She was very nervous to have work done but with the help of Dr. Jabeen and her calming and kind demeanor, she was able to go ahead and have the treatment she needed with minimal worry. Emergency treatment was needed today which Dr. Jabeen and her nurse Amira completed. Dr. Jabeen, after not seeing my mum for over a year, remembered who she was. This shows Dr. Jabeens interest in her patients which again, left an overall feeling of calm throughout the procedure. She is extremely professional, and compassionate.
