This is by far the best dental experience I've had. The ambience when you walk in is so Zen. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! If you are looking for a dental practice in Manchester, don't look any further. I recently finished Sparks treatment and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail during each visit. I'm a very nervous patient but at Yor Dental I was made to feel at ease. I'm now booked in for my next treatment.Thank you for giving a truly wonderful smile and excellent service.

Highly recommended for all aspects of dental work from regular check ups and treatments to hygienist work and for me especially the end results of my Spark aligner programme. My teeth have never looked better and I can finally smile in photos ! A big shout out to all the staff here who are so lovely from the amazing reception team to the wonderful Michelle, Hitesh and Deepa delivering exceptional treatments. I had been a patient at this practice since around 2021, after completing my Invisalign treatment. I continued to attend every six months for check-ups and hygiene appointments, and each time I was told everything was fine. In September, a tooth suddenly broke due to decay. When I contacted the practice, I was told they could see me that week, but they wouldn’t be able to carry out the actual treatment for another month - leaving my tooth exposed. I went to another clinic for urgent care and raised concerns about why this decay hadn’t been identified during my regular check-ups. My initial message was ignored, and I had to chase for a response. When I finally did receive one, I explained that I didn’t feel valued as a long-standing patient - again, no reply. It was only when I asked to cancel my upcoming appointment and said I would be leaving the practice that they were willing to discuss it. I feel I’ve wasted a lot of money over the years with a clinic that ultimately didn’t value me as a patient, as well as, losing part of my tooth.

I went to YOR dental to seek a second opinion on l aligner treatment after speaking to a traditional NHS dentist and orthodontist who didn’t think they could transform my smile with aligners alone. From the very first contact with YOR I was made to feel comfortable and was put instantly at ease. As an extremely dental-phobic individual I felt nervous to attend my initial consultation but from the moment I walked through the door I felt well supported and safe with every member of staff and I’ve never looked back since. Appointments are always on time and every member of staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome at the practice. I’ve always had outstanding service from every single person and my treatment outcome far surpassed what I could have hoped for. I now smile regularly, and no longer fear the dentist. YOR gave me a new smile but they also gave me the confidence to come to a dental practice alone and I no longer have that severe dental phobia that I first walked in with. I will forever be grateful to the whole team for everything they’ve done for me and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
