AVOID AVOID AVOID. I went here to have a bonded retainer fitted as mine had broken (after 20 years). Very very long story short they fitted incorrectly (on the bite). This has led me to have to spend £1500 trying to fix and now having to be referred to an endodontist at even more expense. This "orthodontist" has ruined the last 4 months of my life due to the immense pain I have been in and spiralling costs. She should not be continuing to work in this practice and I have informed the General Dentistry Council accordingly.

The team have always been so helpful and accommodating if we ever needed to rearrange an appointment or needed an emergency appointment. They are friendly, welcoming and put my son at ease throughout his whole treatment. Their pricing is absolutely brilliant compared to other private orthodontists and we couldn’t be happier with my son’s results, his teeth look great! Cannot recommend this team enough. So friendly and accommodating with flexible appointments evenings and weekends. Answered all questions throughout the process, but also weren't afraid to manage my expectations. As an adult with braces, I honestly don't think any other orthodontist in the area would have been able to get my smile to where it is in such a short amount of time, but safely. You can tell they really care about every patient and every tooth. I've already passed their details on to family and friends for their own journeys.

And you think you had it bad

After having invisalign with another dentist practice, I wasn't happy with results. So came to dorset orthodontics and wound up having metal train tracks. I was offered alternatives but metals were the cheapest option. I only had them on for 6 months and I an now really pleased with my smile.. I'd like to thank Andrea and team for the hard work and effort into creating a lovely smile. Andrea is quite the perfectionist.. I would definitely recommend this practice!!
