I recently had 6 veneers done by Diana carvalho . I am so pleased with the work , it is seriously life changing ! I get comments daily about how good they look and couldn’t have imagined them better ! Diana was so kind and patient throughout the treatment and let me have plenty of breaks as I struggle to keep my mouth open for periods of time - would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to get any aesthetic work

I had a bad experience. I was asked to arrive 1 hour early for my appointment on the day of the appointment. I accepted and said I would try and get there on time. When I arrived there was no parking so arrived into the building 5 minutes later than the rearranged time. I was told by the receptionist that the dentist might not see me as I was late. The receptionist was very rude. The dentist did see me, felt like he hardly looked in my mouth. Then charged £60 for the privilege. Since I have had constant text messages and emails saying I am due an appointment. I will not be returning.

Rubbish dentist They removed me from the NHS without telling me, I am disabled on benefits it's discrimation, I don't like the manager or the receptionist rude. Ira wrong how the dentist gave someone else my NHS.

She has literally saved my teeth and helped me restore my smile with such skill, kindness, and patience. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, supported, and listened to. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also goes above and beyond to make sure I understand every step of the process. She has transformed both my smile and my confidence, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a dentist. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, takes pride in their work, and makes every appointment a positive Dr Mary Kitsikoudi is the dentist to go too! Dentists are nice but the receptionists are rude and have attitude problems. I called up as didn’t know what appointment I needed to book, spoke to a receptionist and sounded like she couldn’t careless and when i was going to ask a question regarding my appointment she put the phone down 🙄.

We see Dr Rachel Chan and she is wonderful. My OH has tricky teeth and both my daughters have anxiety about dental treatment and Rachel is patient, gentle, and explains everything so well. The communication from the practice is excellent and I love the SMS reminders. So helpful.
