I had an outstanding experience with Raashi and her assistant, Bex. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Their friendly, calming approach really takes away any nerves, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The banter between them during my treatment was brilliant — it kept the atmosphere light and helped me relax even more. Throughout the entire appointments, Raashi explained everything clearly and both she and Bex made sure I felt looked after the whole time. I’m so grateful to have found a team who are not only skilled but also incredibly thoughtful, reassuring, and fun to be around. Highly recommend!

My son age 11 broke his front tooth accidentally. As you can imagine he was upset. The staff at Tiwari Watson were amazing accommodating a quick appointment and reassuring him that it would be fixed. Raashi helped calm him before his injection and was reassuring every step of the way. He was at ease for the entire appointment and his tooth was back to normal and looks great. Thank you to the amazing staff at Tiwari Watson for always going that extra mile.

Over the space of this year I’ve had 3 posts installed to support 5 implant teeth and for one side a sinus lift. Would I recommend Tiwari Watson - yes I would most definitely. Would I endorse Joe who did all of my procedures - unequivocally, as I’d even say the best dentist I’ve experienced. I expected an extremely painful process, so pleased to report was there any pain, yes, a lot, no and with the post procedure process advised by Joe, it was no problem at all to be fair. Great service, friendly team and most importantly they are really good dentists!

My son has been with the dentist since he was a baby. He automatically transferred over to this Dentist when the Original Owner/Dentist retired. My son who is 16, was sent home from school after taken unwell. When we got him home he was coughing and couldn’t breathe properly. We managed to get an emergency appointment with doctor. The doctor informed us he had a viral infection and diagnosed him with asthma. We were informed by the Dentist receptionist that my son never arrived for his appointment. My wife apologised she informed the receptionist that he had taken unwell. Please listen to the recording of the conversation! That because of the seriousness of his condition and how quick it happened. We didn’t have the required 48 hours notice to cancel this appointment. This was Monday, Even If we had enough time to cancel, how are we meant to give 48 hours notice when your practice is closed over the weekend 🤷🏼♂️ We don’t have a crystal ball we couldn’t foresee this happening. We were informed that as he never cancelled the appointment, he would not be allowed back to the practice until he paid the £45 cancellation fee. I would have accepted and paid a £20 fee but definitely not £45. Don’t you know there is a cost of living crisis going on. Or don’t you really care. We are not a psychic we don’t know in advance that my son was going to take unwell take a viral infection and a suspected asthma attack. I informed the receptionist that the cost was a bit excessive that my own dentist charges £20. The receptionist informed me she would put me through to the practice manager. The receptionist came back on the call and said the manager was too busy to speak to me and I was to check their online policy. As the song 🎵 goes it’s all about the money. In my opinion definitely not the patient. God forbid if you take seriously unwell or a member of your family takes seriously unwell on the day of your dentist appointment. They’re not interested in your misfortunes just that you should have given 48 hours notice and that they want their excessive cancellation fee payment. You won’t be allowed back to the practice until you pay this fee. NHS PATIENT WERE IS YOUR DUTY OF CARE! It seems to be a cut and paste with most of your comments. If someone raises concerns or gives negative feedback. In my opinion you’re not interested in your patients and how we feel. You made your opinion perfectly clear with not taking my call or offering me a call back but only referring me to your online policy. * FEEDBACK BY THE OWNER* This was his response after asking me to reach out. Against my better judgement, I reached out as requested by the owner. My son also asked me to contact the dentist. The owner informed me that on my first review, I specified my son has Dyslexia and can become forgetful especially with appointments. This is a true fact. I informed the owner, that the above was also true regarding the seriousness of his illness on that day and that I can provide you with information from his Doctor on this situation. The owner informed me that won’t be necessary. That being sent home from school having a viral infection, going to an emergency Doctors appointment and being diagnosed with asthma that day is not a good enough excuse to make his dentist appointment. That my son would have had to have a serious illness, been admitted to hospital and proof provided in a written statement before they were willing to consider reducing or wave any cancellation fee. I believe the Owner/Dentist doesn’t think being diagnosed with asthma is serious. He informed me that my 16 year old son was still liable for the cancellation fee but had the option of paying up the £45. I politely informed him that we will not be paying the excessive fee. That we will be looking for another Dental practice… Please google. Asthma is a serious illness. I thought you would’ve known that being a health professional 🤷🏼♂️ Hopefully this time we’ll find a more empathetic Dentist, one that puts their patients health first.

I’ve been going to Tiwari Dental for several years now and have never once had a negative experience. Dentist Laura is incredibly personable and attentive, and the dental assistant I saw today (I didn’t catch her name!) was so friendly and reassuring. The clinic itself is immaculate and comfortable to wait in, and the reception staff are always helpful. I’ll continue recommending Tiwari Dental to my family and friends!
