Fantastic receptionist. Super efficient, professional and friendly. The dentist was gentle and explained everything clearly, no jargon. The dental assistant (is this the right title) was polite and professional too.

Excellent service during routine examination - highly efficient with immediate feedback on X-rays. Thankfully no treatment required but good advice re flossing received!

On regular 6 monthly check up filling required. appt in 2;weeks.Pain afterwards seen on day of phone notification. Great attention

The problem with this dental practice is that it's a teaching practice. There's one senior doctor and rest of them are freshly qualified dentists. The young dentists stay maximum 2 years and off they go and new ones come. Last two young female dentists were good, they did some really good work, but unfortunately they are long gone. The new young dentist is too inexperienced for my complicated teeth. He did some work and unfortunately it needs to be redone now. So this practice can be hit and miss, which is a shame. I know that everybody has to start somewhere, but you don't feel very happy if they can't solve your problems and you have to pay double in order to get it fixed somewhere else.

My last appointment was at 1:30 the begging of the year. I arrived at 1:15 . My wife dropped me off . The door was open so walked in and was made to stand out side in the rain until 1:30 as they were having their lunch. I’m 83 . I made an appointment for May and was told just before the appointment that my dentist was on holiday and asked to make a new appointment . I tried but was told that there wasn’t any , ring later. I rang back about a month later and was told they were waiting still waiting for a new dentist in September ring then . I did and was told still no dentist until November. Now told I must pay £48 .
