Edit: The head of the clinic contacted me and made sure to understand everything that happened and take appropriate action. I was given a proper plan to follow. This was much appreciated. —— I went to multiple Bupa health assessment centers this one is the worst by miles. Staff is so nonchalant at the reception and the doctor?? is trying to get me out as quick as possible. I booked the 60mins be motivated and I was out of the door in 25mins. I felt rushed and that she wanted me to leave as soon as possible. Very bad experience.

I booked the 'Ultra Clean' service for a teeth cleaning and Dr. Melwin Mathew and Iris were both very lovely. I got an appointment quickly, I didn't have to wait long when I arrived, and they were both very kind, gentle, and did a great job of explaining the steps involved in the service. I will definitely come back for all of my dental needs!

The clinic was neat and clean and met the doctor who was able to give us the quick and I believe right diagnosis. That is the most important part which was great. Where they could improve is the prescriptions which are sent over email without signatures and I was turned away by 2 pharmacies who insisted on a signature. I had to go back but thankfully the doctor signed one for me and I was able to buy medication

I had an appointment today for composite fillings with Rivina and Iris. I cannot thank them and the whole clinic enough for making me feel comfortable and looked after! I’m a very nervous dental patient, and Rivina and Iris calmed me down, spoke about things to distract, and also gave me something to fiddle/play with during the procedure. It was quick, and I’m so pleased with the results :) At the start of 2025 I joined MyHealthcare Clinic, and I’m looking forward to staying with them for all upcoming dental appointments! My dentist dr Stefano and his lovely assistants have changed my experience of going to the dentist and having any dental work done! It’s actually a very pleasant experience each time I visit.
