I wouldn’t be surprised if majority of the positive reviews on here are fake. I’ve only ever had bad experiences with ODL, and I honestly regret trusting them with something as important as my smile. I got braces mainly to feel more confident, but instead, my smile ended up looking worse. That’s been devastating for me, and my confidence is at an all time low. When I told them how unhappy I was, they didn’t care at all. Last year, I went in just wanting new retainers, but they convinced me to try Invisalign instead which was far more expensive. The top retainer they gave me didn’t fit, and when I complained, they just re-issued the same useless retainers I had a problem with in the first place. I had other health issues going on and didn’t have any more energy to challenge them so I just left it at that but wasn’t happy. These experiences made me feel like they were more interested in getting more money out of me than actually fixing their mistakes or even caring about my results. I wouldn’t recommend them based on what I went through. I also discovered ODL from Google Maps and unfortunately was fooled by the positive reviews so beware. Edit : 17th October 2025 I’m disappointed that Dr Alex has chosen to sue me for sharing an honest review about my personal experience. I just realised he did the same thing to another reviewer here on Google maps that shared the negative experience they had with him. I also want to clarify that if Dr Alex felt it was inappropriate to resume my treatment after I had previously been treated Uganda, why did he accept me as a client again? It doesn’t make sense why Dr Alex agreed to take me on as a client again if he knew he couldn’t fix my smile anymore as a result. My review was not intended to coerce, threaten or pressure ODL as their reply pertains. It is an honest account of what I went through. I will not be bullied and threatened by Dr Alex for writing an honest account of what I went through.
