Oh Google....sometimes...just sometimes...we need more Stars....because this place was full of Angels today. Phoned at 8am, had emergency appointment given for 10am and all pain ( from previous 3 weeks) was gone along with a very akward rear lower molar. No problem even with a fainting patient for this team...and I mean a team, from walking in to walking out and being treated with glucose drink to put the colour back into my cheeks! Absolutely fantastic treatment from a Superb Dentist and Nurse and a brilliant reception team. From a pain free man you really do have my thanks.

Was seen as an emergency as had a tooth infection bit.turned out to be 2 teeth affected was told before hand it might be painfull extraction due to infection. He wasn't.wrong absolute.agony.but it was expected. Absolutely fantastic service and good to meet a fellow singer who was the dentist.im back in next 2 weeks for another extraction but will be pain free as no infection this time. Top class dentist

No empathy. I was treated by a sadist who - despite my neurological disorder clearly kicking in with an uncontrollably shakey arm - offered no reassurance or comforting of any kind, by nurse or butcher - I mean so-called dental 'professional'. Two teeth were removed but infection was left behind despite pointing out from the chair that I felt infection was still present AND asking if I needed antibiotics (I was told no). I have since developed a large Quinsy which I deliberately burst last night before it became life-threatening. I'm now awaiting for my GP to confirm if I need to go to A&E. Also, there was no rinse sink and no alternative rinse methods offered. I had to rely on the nurse to suction everything out, which she failed at, causing me to retch badly on at least two occasions. I wasn't even offered anything to rinse with at the end of the appointment so it's no wonder infection remained and spread again so quickly. This matter is so serious that I will be lodging formal complaints with NHS England when I know what the full consequences and outcome are. Go to A&E instead of this place. Current standards and morale are poor.

Dentist was great. Wasn’t waiting too long to be seen. Issue was sorted very quickly and was reassured and informed about the process throughout. The only feedback I have that could be improved is just to have more availability of urgent slots in all clinics and more people answering calls quicker as was on hold for a long time (30 mins). Otherwise, thanks

I phoned up at 8am and was offered an appt for that morning at my local centre. The staff were very friendly and professional and I am sincerely thankful that my tooth was removed.

I had to go on 10th March to have 2 teeth out, I couldn't fault the service and the way the staff put me at ease through the procedure. It was painless and over alot quicker than I thought it would be. 1 Day on and my mouth has recovered amazingly, the sockets are healing nicely - thank you very much

It took me hours to get through a receptionist and they tell me to call again the next day at 8am and the lines are always so busy it’s hard to get through anyone around that time. Every single receptionists I’ve spoke to is so rude and it appears to me that they want to end the conversation as soon as they can, you’d have better luck using the 111 service rather than this as they provide absolutely no help and it’s absolutely useless, what makes matters worse is that they are meant to be a “emergency service” 🤦♀️
