Like many people I have never liked going to the dentist and unfortunately in the past have received terrible experiences at other dental practices. However I have now been going to Attleborough Dental Surgery for a couple of years and found them to be a breath of fresh air. Peter Moyo goes out of his way to explain in detail what they are doing, why they are doing it and how they are doing it. Its so reassuring knowing you can have a sensible conversation and fully understand the process. The attention to detail and compassion shown is second to non. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone I know.

After meeting the staff I was very impressed at the level of service and attitude that they all portrayed, it was second to none. My first meeting with the dentist was great, he was professional but very friendly and laid things out simply. Demonstrating that he was after my interests not my money, I was very impressed with that. Overall first class and to be recommended.

Excellent service 10/10 I was in agony with my tooth, after ringing around 7+ dentists in my area non were taking on new paying customers and didn’t seem too care even after telling them I’d been up all night in pure pain. Came across Attleborough DS, they were ever-so helpful and actually cared of my dier situation. They got me in the same day and the prices are cheep. I would definitely recommend when in need of assistance. I’d be happy to return even though I hate “the dentists” 😁

First visit to a dentist since covid. Chose this dentist following a recommendation, and so pleased I did. Very respectful, excellent covid preparation, good modern equipment and clean. My wife is now booking with them. 😁👍

I rang this dentist to see if they were accepting new NHS patients and as I have a complex issue, I explained what was going on. I spoke to Charlotte on reception. She was absolutely wonderful, she was very understanding, empathetic and sweet. I'm already quite nervous when visiting the dentist anyway but with this issue it's even more daunting. Charlotte said she would go and speak to the lead dentist and relay all information to him to see what the best course of action was as they currently are not accepting new NHS patients. Charlotte was very helpful, I couldn't be more grateful to her and her taking the time to go the extra mile to help me. She recommended another dentist that they work with and said they would be the best option for me. I have since contacted this other dentist and they were also so wonderful and kept me at ease, the customer service was wonderful, very organised and friendly. Thank you once again Charlotte, thank you for answering the phone that day, you are doing a wonderful job!

I am sure this surgery is amazing at what it does, but unfortunately the staff may tell a different story. It seems the OWNER likes to advertise permanent jobs, use the staff, then let them go just before their 3 months probation is up without a single reason why and absolutely no warning. Now, please be aware that these individuals are leaving permanent roles to come and work at this surgery - they also have families who rely on them financially. Please if you read this, boycott this surgery. As if life isn't hard enough with job losses during the Covid crisis, the OWNER of this surgery is completely UNETHICAL!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!
