As a very nervous patient my dentist, Philip Hayter, is always very reassuring. He takes the time to help me feel more relaxed and able to face any treatment I may need. I have been with this practice for over 15 years. I highly recommend this practice for excellent service especially if you are very nervous. All the reception staff I have encountered are so friendly I feel very comfortable asking any questions and booking appointments ! This practice is also spotlessly clean! Sarah is highly professional and friendly and put me at ease when undergoing treatment. Despite being somewhat scared of dentists generally (following painful experiences going back to the 1960s), both Sarah and her assistant were encouraging and made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort while sat in the “chair”.

The dental practise is a breath of fresh air. Friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They will explain everything to you in layman’s terms and guide you through the right form of treatment. If you have a phobia of going to the dentist, try Highlands. Yes, it is a private practise; however, I have used a few and these guys are by far the best. I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Dentists have been one of my biggest anxieties for many years, so I made an appointment with Sarah Hayter after reading some other reviews. She’s been absolutely amazing, and takes away a lot of my anxiety around the dentist! I feel the practise went above and beyond helping me with an emergency infection today. I was prepared to wait a while after being last minute squeezed in, but was seen within 10 minutes and left with antibiotics very promptly! Couldn’t recommend enough!

PRIVATE PATIENT I have been using this Dental Practice for nearly 4 years now and l am a private patient. I find that they are very efficient l have no problems with this Dental Practice whatsoever. The Staff are very helpful, I would highly recommend any one to go Came yesterday to the Highlandview, and they never fail to keep they are all efficient and could'nt wish for a nicer response. This is a friendly practice and very helpful and efficient at all times highly recommend this Dentists. I have recommended this Dentist to friends.
