Don’t expect professionalism, expect below basic decency. I had my premolars extracted here, and since this is routine procedure, I went in feeling confident and trusting of the dentist. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my mind. After the injections I felt faint and nauseous but received great care, a very kind receptionist came in to help. She was incredibly reassuring, stayed with me until I felt better, and even fanned me to help cool me down. Her care was the only positive part of this appointment. However, in the middle of the extraction, the dentist and dental assistant got into a dispute right in front of me. Hearing them bicker while I was in the state I was in was uncomfortable and anything but reassuring. The assistant repeatedly brought the wrong tools for the tooth being worked on, and in response to the repeated mistakes, the dentist made a rude remark, the assistant then walked out and didn’t return until the very last extraction. This left the dentist to continue the procedure alone. My dad, who was accompanying me, had to speak up because of how inappropriate the situation was. The assistant eventually returned near the end to stabilise my head, but by that point the atmosphere was already extremely unprofessional. I will say, I don’t know if I blame the dental assistant for leaving given how rudely the dentist spoke to her. After extracting the teeth, the dentist took a scan and realised a tooth had fractured, the extraction wasn’t successful, this brought on the many referrals and appointments. After a scan taken by a specialist, they noticed it was not just the one tooth that was not properly extracted, it was both. So there were tooth roots still in my gums. I don’t know if this happens often but certainly not that I’ve heard of. I’ve now had around six appointments related to the extractions so far and I wonder whether if the right tools were used or maybe if I didn’t have my extraction done at this specific practice would I have saved myself the time, money and distress. The remaining broken pieces of teeth has prolonged my brace treatment and complicated the work for my orthodontists. It has also left me really anxious about the potential sinus risks involved with the surgical removal of the remaining roots. Overall, it was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a medical setting. This experience has left me really frustrated and anxious. I would not say to avoid this practice entirely, but I do encourage anyone to speak up the moment anything feels off or makes you uncomfortable.

turns out they effectively run a 'subscription' service in that if you don't have regular check ups and then require an appointment, you have to pay a premium of 80£. better alternatives exist elsewhere.

Very overcrowded unprofessional stuff and dentists which do it worse than good.

Had a regular check up here for the very first time today and it was very nice experience for me. I believe staff try their best to support the patients but if you become impatient, they will obviously be rude. The receptionist was very nice to me, and so was the dentist. The procedure wasn't painful, went smoothly and they made me comfortable. I would suggest them to not overbook so the staff don't have to rush. Anyways it was good for me.

The waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. When asked, we are always told the dentist is running behind. Not sure what is causing this but I have been to other dentists and its never this bad. A 45min to 1 hour wait on top of your pre-booked appt seems to be standard which is absolutely absurd when people have lives and other commitments to get to and have not just walked in. This is not based on a one time occurrence, have personally experienced this several times!! Gurvinder Singh is also single handedly responsible for wasting a lot of plastic since he changes gloves every few seconds for no reason whatsoever!! This comes less from the need to be hygienic but more from the dentist being hectic and disorganised. I have seen him put on gloves to type something into the computer, bin them and wear new ones for the patient. I am not exaggerating when I say he goes through 10 pairs at least during one procedure.
