Had a filling done few months down the line I had to attend this dentist twice for emergency as jaw pain and face swelled to be told I have no infection and it was not to do with my teeth given antibiotics and sent on way , developed a lump on gum asked for another emergency app to be told just come on your appointment date bare in mind since first going for emergency appointment this date was 7 weeks later , attended to be told I had a root infection needed root canal asap as he didn’t see infection last time on x rays next app for root canal treatment was 4 weeks away to then be cancelled 15 mins before appointment due to him being sick rescheduled for another 3 weeks time to then attended on day and be told I was 30 mins late as I’d been given the wrong appointment time by desk receptionist after ringing to ask as had no email confirmation nor reminders so then it was another 4 week wait so overall 3 months wait! Now with another dentist id give this one a miss no matter how desperate Doesn’t want to be an NHS dentist and just can’t be bothered

Some Receptionists are really immature and seem to have no experience or knowledge whatsoever on the basics. It makes me wonder why or how they got the job. I would say definitely a training issue very laxy daisy I left the dentists for this reason.

I was seen in clinic today by Shalina and Kyle as someone MH disabled and with Neurodivergence my appointment today was due to pain within my upper right side of my mouth, I wasn't sure what tooth was causing the pain. They both dealt with me sensitively and compassionately as I needed to have a tooth extraction. During the whole process they made me feel comfortable at ease and explained fully what they were going to have to do they also gave me suggestions of the best way of managing my teeth beyond today. They are both an asset to the company and made what was an unexpected outcome easy to manage, thank-you both.

Got taken off there books for a few fta appointments explained to them that my partner had passed away and that was the reason why . After me explaining the circumstances I still got told no . Absolute disgrace no compassion at all!!! Now left in pain with no dentist !!

I highly recommend Dr. Kris and dental nurse Charley! They’re super professional and so friendly — they made my daughter feel comfortable at the dentist. Everyone at the clinic was really nice too. Can’t recommend them enough!

Recently joined this dentist and I couldn’t recommend it enough. They make you feel so welcome. I ave had a lot of bad experiences at the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around it. I was treated by the dentist Chris and he was lovely. Made me feel really comfortable. And I didn't feel judged. Really puts you at ease. The dental assistant Charlie was honestly so nice. Really genuine and funny and explained everything to me as it was getting my treatment done to ensure I felt at ease she is a real credit to the practice. Infact The whole staff team that I was seen by couldn’t have been more friendly. All the anxiety of the dentist I had pervious has gone and it is down to them. Couldn’t fault them. And dental work was completed to a really high standard.

I visited this surgery for the first time today,as soon as I walked in I had a warm welcome from Hannah, on reception, who was very informative,helpful and naturally polite( not forced) I then met Chris who is the dentist and Charlie (dental nurse) they where so friendly and informative, explained everything to me and best options for me. the main thing that stood out from other dentist I have been to is that they didnt rush me and I didnt feel like I was being spoken 'AT' I would recommend a visit if you do need a dentist. I havent given 5 stars yet as I havent finished treatment but I'm sure it will come. Lovely people makes a whole lot of difference 🥰

Ive just read a really poor review which I have to say is totally nuts ive been a patient with this dental practise for several years Ive always received an excellent service everything is explained prior to treatment and always carried out to the highest standards Ive had everything from cleans fillings root canal and extractions without any pain whatsoever this practice really cares about their patients and provide an excellent service i highly recommend this
