I called 111 and was given an appointment at Corfe Mullen Dental Surgery late Monday night for Tuesday. Tuesday morning the surgery called me up to confirm and were lovely over the phone and gave me clear details on how to get there, when I arrived I was greeted warmly and was seen nearly straight away by doctor Sebastian and his lovely assistant ( sorry I didn't catch her name) and was made to feel relaxed in spite of my fear, they were both quick and efficient. The whole process was done in less than half an hour and in that time had a couple of laughs with them too which went a long way to make me feel at ease. I would like to give a shout out to the both of them as this was my first dentist appointment in the UK and I'd heard many nightmare stories but this was the complete opposite of that, so thank you very much! These guys were bloody fantastic! Cool, calm, collected, friendly 😊 and they said I didn't look a day over 25!! 😍😍😍 I couldn't believe how professional they were and they didn't even need to take my tooth because they were fantastic, I've finished my antibiotics now and have had a full recovery! Bloody brilliant

Absolutely brilliant Practice from start to finish. Upon arrival for my first appointment I was greeted warmly , I had made a mistake by trying to rearrange my appointment the day before , the receptionist quickly sorted it out and said there would be an appointment 30 minutes later , which was lucky for me. Then during my appointment ,Katherine my dentist ,was amazing and quick for the check up. I needed two fillings so was asked to come back , which I have done today. Again greeted politely by Tina on the front desk and was quickly taken through to see Katherine again. From previous experience with my old dentist I was nervous for the pain of a filling but didn’t mention it. Katherine quickly numbed the areas , and I barely felt the injections, we had a quick chat and then onto the fillings . Very thorough and professional and I didn’t feel a thing! Then on the way out to book my next appointment with Lana and Tina again very friendly and very professional, I will be returning! Thank you so much!

Can’t fault Corfe Mullen Dental at all! Sally and Lara the receptionists are absolutely lovely, went out of their way to help me and I cannot thank them enough! My dentist Kate and her dental nurse Katie are wonderful, put me completely at ease and again, no faults and lovely! The most gentle dentist I have had! One of the receptionists was rude, condescending and apparently unaware of her role requiring some small level of empathy and emotional intelligence. I was unlucky because I could hear the other receptionist come across very well. The management are clearly not bothered after reading the many other reviews saying the same thing, they’re either unable to manage such poor performance or just don’t want to. They can do so much better and we as patients deserve better too.

Amazing service!! I called this morning and a lovely lady on reception managed to get me in this afternoon, both the dentist and assistant were so friendly and made me feel really relaxed!
