I have had my wisdom tooth removed on Wednesday 26th November. The experience I had was extremely fantastic from the reception staff, nurses and the surgeon Peter Yesudian. It was a welcoming atmosphere, modern technology. They are all very caring, emphatical and professional. Listening and understanding skills are incredible. I felt that I was respected, listened carefully, and cared hundred percent. They all used personal touches to make me feel that I am a special patient. I would recommend to anyone has got dental issues to go and get treated at the One Wood Street Advance Dental Care Clinic. As a result of removing my wisdom tooth, I did not get any pain, swelling or bleeding after the operation, also I was able to work straight after. I saw a new hygienist, Iulia, today, and she was as friendly and professional as the other team members I have seen over the past few years. I'd read a review saying that Iulia had a very light touch, and this was exactly what I found. I have nothing except praise for the dental staff at One Wood Street as they made what could have been a bad experience into a pleasant atmosphere. The coldest day this winter and an early appointment had me running late with clearing the frost and meeting the school run. A quick phone call aid by a screen reminder and I was assured it was okay. A couple of weeks ago I needed an extraction (lower right 7) and, like many people, I was pretty nervous walking in. From the moment I arrived the whole team put me at ease, but Stacey and Julia were simply outstanding. Stacey was an absolute star – so kind, reassuring and constantly checking I was comfortable. She has a lovely calm manner that instantly melts away any anxiety. Then Julia… wow! She is an absolute artist when it comes to anaesthetic. Every injection was perfectly placed; I genuinely didn’t feel a single bit of pain – just some pressure and movement, nothing more. Her touch is incredibly gentle, her explanation of every step was crystal clear, and her calm, confident approach made the whole procedure feel almost relaxing (who ever says that about an extraction?!). The practice itself is spotless, modern and welcoming, and everyone from reception to the surgeons clearly cares about making patients feel looked after.
