Really dont like dentists, but these guys always put you at ease....great reception staff and the dentists take time to explain things and care for what they do....thorough and caring.

Reception staff are always responsive and helpful on the phone. I’ve never waited more than a couple of days for an appointment. I have seen my normal dentist plus two others when holidays have been on. All dentists have been excellent in sorting out my teeth issues. Pleased we moved to Whitestone practice.

I honestly don't understand how this practise has so many 5-star reviews- it must be fake. I have had nothing but issues from this practise. From having the original filling done to such a poor standard that after seeking a second opinion even they were appalled. After contacting them about this issue, I was told that the lady who deals with complaints is on holiday. But it seems she was on holiday for months while I awaited a response. There is no care for your wellbeing. I am still awaiting a response on when they will be rectifying the partially complete root canal treatment (that i had to have done as a result of their poor work) which has been going on for around 6 months. Their attitude is disgusting and their complete lack of patient care is appalling. If you care about your teeth and mental health DO NOT use this practise. After all the stress and pain they have caused me, I wish I listened after hearing all of the complaints. If you do use them... good luck.

My partner recieved treatment at this practice that was performed inadequately that resulted in her having to recieve a root canal to alleviate the incredible and almost crippling pain she was in. We communicated with the practice clearly that their negligence was unacceptable and that they are responsible for covering the cost of rectifying treatment and have been met with nothing but plain ignorance. This was several months ago and we are STILL waiting for so much as an adequate email response from the surgery. To top this off, when we last attended the surgery, the manager made it clear to us that they had to keep the staff's phones in a biscuit tin as they had been caught using them while patients were undergoing treatment! I have NEVER experienced such deep unprofessionalism from medical practitioners. Absolutely avoid this practice.

I’ve never been afraid of the dentist but after my experience here I can see why people would be. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a dental practise. Dentist Chi was highly unprofessional, rude, and vague with what needed to be done. Told me my ‘mouth was too small for any treatment’, left me sitting with an xray block in my mouth for 10 minutes while him and the nurse ran in and out knowing the machine was faulty, with the door wide open in full view of the waiting room. Moved me to another room, where they then left me- the dentist who would be using the room turned up for her shift, saw me in there, threw her arms in the air in a temper and stormed out. Then was given a prescription with no dosing information. This place is not for the faint hearted

I paid 120 for an airflow/clean And it was supposed to last 45 minutes but it was for 15 mins. However I guess it’s because they’re in a rush but for this amount of money I would’ve expected better. I feel like the receptionist must’ve overcharged me. When paying the lady at reception had a lot of attitude towards me for no reason and when I said is that all okay she just wasn’t friendly and put me off. This was my first time here and my last. Not a good service at all from reception.
