Required an implant. Javier and the nurse were great. Very considerate and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Explained everything very clearly so I understood the treatment plan, timings, scans etc. Implant went in very smoothly and feels very comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve always been quite fearful of the dentist and hyper-vigilant in dental settings, so I was naturally sceptical about starting my aligner journey. From my very first consultation, Dr Mani was incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, helped me decide on the best option for my needs, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at all times. What I really appreciate is how approachable and supportive he’s been - he made it clear I could call anytime with questions or concerns, and he’s even returned calls personally when I needed advice. I started my aligner journey in February and I’m already so happy with the results. I’ve also had a crown and composite bonding done by Dr Mani, and once again, he was mindful of my dental anxiety, talking me through the procedure as he went and ensuring I felt calm and involved throughout. His attention to detail and level of care are outstanding. I’d highly recommend Dr Mani to anyone considering clear aligners or any kind of cosmetic dental work - especially if, like me, you’re nervous about dental treatment. You’ll be in very safe and caring hands. His assistant, Sal, is also very lovely!

I brought my aunty to see Dr Mani, who is a very nervous patient due to past dentists in her childhood. Dr Mani was instantly so welcoming, very kind and extremely caring. At the initial consult he really looked after my aunty and explained all the options to us carefully. It was the most detailed dental visit either of us have experienced. I brought her to the second visit where she had some fillings done. She said was it was painless and she would come again on her own next time - which she has not ever felt comfortable to do before! The care was above and beyond. Thank you so much Dr Mani!

I have been attending this practice my whole life. A while ago, I was placed with a dentist (Mr Mani Nasir) who I could only describe as the most demanding dentist I have encountered in my life. Every routine appointment resulted in something being pushed on me (such as a filling, toothpaste prescription, root canal, electric toothbrush etc), most of which I thought was fabrication. Whilst not perfect, my teeth are not in such disrepair. No other dentist has ever given such a myriad of recommendations this quickly. I obtained a second opinion, which costs me money due to x-rays being performed, to clarify whether I needed all these things or not. I certainly did not need such treatments. On one occasion, I thought I was attending a routine checkup, only to find out that he had prepared 2 fillings for me. I did not appreciate such behaviour. Fillings are expensive, and I did not anticipate spending such money. He proceeded to give me a good sell as to why I needed it anyway. Giving advice/recommendations is not the issue. The issue is when the dentist insists and scolds you for not following their advice/recommendations (again, most of which were fabrications desgined to extract money from me). Other reviews are testament to his demanding antics. Mr Nasir does not acknowledge patient autonomy and gets the hump when his advice is not adhered to or when you see another dentist. Amusingly, he stated "this is why you should not see 2 dentists at once, because it is the same as seeing 2 therapists". These recommendations entail patients spending their money, so it is certainly their call, not his. It became so overbearing that I had to request to be seen by an alternative dentist (first time I had to do such a thing). Thankfully, the dentists I have had since then are nothing like him. It is an issue with Mani Nasir, not the practice encouraging such behaviour. In short, Mr Nasir should respect patient autonomy, be less demanding and exaggerating. Tactics designed to extract money from patients for products/services they do not need is wrong.
