I had my first visit to The Dental Lounge for an initial check-up and to be fitted for whitening trays. The reception team was very welcoming, and I was seen promptly by Adrian and Heather. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at ease. Adrian took the time to explain each step clearly and reassured me that my overall dental health was in good condition. They also used new technology to display a 3D scan of my teeth on the TV, which was a great touch. It allowed me to see my teeth up close and get a better understanding of my dental health. The practice has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. *Update* I returned two weeks later for my tray fitting, where I received a step-by-step guide on how to use the whitening treatment, as well as my hygienist appointment with Leila. In the past, I’ve associated hygienist appointments with lots of pain and discomfort due to some unpleasant experiences elsewhere. However, Leila completely changed that for me—she explained everything she was about to do, was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout. I even told her afterward how much of a pleasant experience it was! and have already recommended to my family.
