The receptionist was friendly, but at first said that my baby couldn't have an NHS appointment, even though she had already been registered with the practice months ago for NHS treatment and I had been told at the time she could and should have an appointment once she got more teeth through. Then she kindly gave me an appointment, but when I was trying to double check the appointment time (checking if I'd heard correctly), she put the phone down on me.

NHS dentistry at its very best. I just had root canal treatment and can’t praise the whole team enough for all their first class efforts and care. Thank you

Got a fine due to misinformation. I wrote an email of complaint, the dentist replied the next day and sorted out the problem very quickly so I didn't have to pay for the fine. Thank you

Just wanted to write a review for the wonderful receptionist Lukeisha. I was desperate for an appointment which was originally booked in for the end of the month, she kindly called me and offered me a last minute cancellation. I usually attend the dentist with family as I’m a nervous patient however on this occasion as it was last minute I had to attend on my own. Lukeisha did an amazing job at calming me down until my appointment time, a very kind and caring individual. Can’t thank her enough, really appreciated it. From Jenny Keen (Submitted by her grandson as she doesn’t have a Google account, and thank-you for looking after my Nan, I’d have usually gone with her)

A big thank you to Michelle on reception and Vennella and her team for making me feel at ease about going to the dentist. I cannot put into words how thankful I am. Everything was explained fully and the treatment was at my pace. I was made to feel very reassured during and after the appointment. You have given me the confidence to put my worries aside and anyone who is nervous there is no need at all. First class and a credit to the team.

Always a very nice atmosphere, kind and welcoming receptionist. Fitted me in last minute this morning for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth after being very distressed and worried about it. Felt very accommodated and Dr Yoga made my teeth look amazing.

My daughter was seen by Vennela 28/5/25 for an extraction, she was very claiming and made it a much better experience, nurse was very helpful and caring. would highly recommend the practice.

I'm sharing my experience. On January 24th, I have an NHS dentist appointment, as I'm registered at this clinic. The dentist greeted me promptly, and I paid my £20 bill. That same day, I'm scheduled for a cleaning on April 29th. Brenda performed my cleaning, thanks to a Spanish-speaking assistant who helped me with the language. I paid my £100 bill for the cleaning. I then requested a new appointment to see Brenda again next September. The surprise was that when I received the appointment on my phone, the secretary got confused and instead of giving me an appointment for September, she gave me one for August. This Wednesday, I called to rectify my appointment, and everything was a hassle. First, they told me I had to re-register. I told them I was already registered, and they continued to insist I had to register. I managed to speak to the Spanish-speaking assistant who helped me explain to the secretary what had happened. This woman explains it to me, and they admit they've made a mistake. She tells the assistant to send me a new appointment for September. After waiting two days and not receiving anything, I decide to call again today. The surprise is that I have to pay for my consultation before having the appointment. I explain the situation again, but there's no way. The secretary wants me to pay for my appointment today. It was very simple: change the appointment I had for August to September, and that's all, and the secretary(s) say it's not possible. First, I have to register when I'm already registered, and second, I have to pay for an appointment that should have been made in five months... It's a shame the secretaries don't want to listen to or serve their clients. The first dentist who saw me was very professional. The assistant was charming, as was Brenda. The secretaries were very, very bad... They lost a client because of the secretaries. When a clinic works with the NHS, they should be just as professional, if not more so, than when they work privately. Ladies secretaries, oral health is not just about money, and if it is, your professionalism forces me to look for other dentists... It must be because of dentists... Ladies secretaries and dental clinic managers, even though I am Spanish and have difficulty with the language, let there be no doubt that I pay my Insurance Number every month, which, by the way, is quite a lot...

Called a few months ago and registered my teething baby. Was told to phone and make an appointment as soon as his teeth start making an appearance. Did this yesterday and was told he was not able to be seen until he is a year old as "they dont want to traumatise him too young" and apparently cannot do anything until then. NHS website states they should be seen as soon as they have a tooth appear and not be left until their first birthday. I phoned the dentist I'm registered with and explained. They said this was not procedure and he could be seen as he's in the right age range. He has been registered there now and has an appointment straight after mine at the beginning of May. I know people who do not recommend this dentist but thought I'd try and the fact they mentioned traumatise rang alarm bells for me.
