I needed emergency treatment before travelling as I couldn't get in with my dentist. The service I received was so good it has made me consider moving practice (ans I adore my current dentist!) From my initial phone call, I was in the chair, treated and back home within about 2 hours, unbelievable! Such a polite, prefessional and caring service. Highly recommended.

Rang emergency number at 9.30am Saturday and got an appointment at 1pm. Pleasant environment and staff.. did the necessary in terms of treatment as painlessly as possible. the results seem fine 24 hours on. Would recommend.

Superb service all round. Phoned the 24x7 number and within an hour I was being seen by the Dentist and Nurse for an emergency extraction. The Dentist (Mitesh) and Nurse (Carly) were both brilliant. Professional, friendly and explained everything in as much detail as needed. Wholly recommend this fantastic service and the process is also very straightforward, which when you’re in pain and after this type of care, is also very much welcomed.

Professional, helpful, kind team who were able to see me on short notice on a Sunday and help me with an urgent dental issue. I felt very taken care of as a patient and I would recommend this service to others. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of the dentist, but the dental assistant was Carly. Both were excellent. I visited the Reading practice on 22 June 2025.

I had a filling on one of my front teeth break off on a Saturday. Tamara and staff were wonderful! I was able to get a same-day appointment, and was in and out in 30 minutes! The new filling matches in colour, amd looks better than it did before. Thank you so much!

I was offered a same day appointment on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. You wait outside (cute seating area) as its skeleton staff. The practice was running 30ish minutes late. A family for the next appointment arrived and as they had a child to be seen, I let them go before me. So I was probably last of the day but the dental surgeon and nurse were friendly, smiley and did what they could (bit of a lost cause but I have a temporary fix). Follow up was interesting as my copy invoice arrive in the evening. I’d asked for a copy of the dentist’s advice, when signing. It wasn’t on the email but when I replied, the administrator copied the advice into a reply for me. Above and beyond, late on a bank holiday Saturday! In all, it’s a very professional process from initial enquiry to being seen to afterwards. You couldn’t fail to like the dentist, very reassuring. The surgery was clean and comfortable. I think good value, (£150 for the appointment and a fix to a broken crown) even if, for my problem, the fix is necessarily short term - which is my tooth’s fault not any limit to their ability. I was impressed.

Friday night was suffering severe dental pain. Nothing removed the pain. Booked with 24/7 three hours later attended appointment. Inspected, x-rayed, cause found, checked, double checked, treatment discussed, verified, implemented directly and pain eliminated. Professional friendly and supportive. This is the second time I have e called on 24/7. Great service.
