I would highly recommend this dentist. I have been with another local one for years but I had as much luck getting an appointment there as I would have done being able to speak to The Queen (Big Liz) not this current one! I had not been to see a dentist for over 5 years because the previous dental surgery either never had an appointment within the month or if I had an appointment, it would be constantly cancelled by them due to 'unforeseen circumstances.' Here, I called for a check-up on a Monday and had an appointment the next day. This dentist had a lovely bedside manner, explained things clearly and was very encouraging about making sure I book my next appointment in six months time. The receptionists were very polite and well-presented. The hygienists were also very personable and pleasant as well. I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment now!

Believe it or not, I had THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE!! I absolutely hate the dentist and hesitate booking in but I really care about the care about my teeth. Willenhall dental care are great with fast bookings, getting back to you promptly so the service and receptionist are fantastic. I have now changed my dentist and I booked with Dr Sharon as I wanted a change and more attention and care to my teeth. She was the kindest dr/dentist. For the first time, my cleaning didn't hurt, she gave me breaks, she gave me THE MOST USEFUL knowledge - scientifically and general, she showed me how to use specific tools and she has changed my mentally and determination to keep my teeth sparkly clean!! I could not recommend her enough and now I am not afraid and actually am looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you so much Dr Sharon. Xx

My daughter visited Dr Sharon recently and we couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment we entered we were greeted by friendly reception staff. Dr Sharon was really kind and helped my daughter feel at ease as she was nervous. Dr Sharon was very knowledgable and explained the process to my daughter in a child friendly way. Receptionists were polite. I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment as the dentist was running late. Once called in the room he mentioned that my last appointment was nearly a year ago. I mentioned that I have not received an email to remind me of it and it was also my fault as I could not remember when the last visit was. He started saying that he needed to take X-rays again to restart the routine check up. He was talking to me and positioning my head from one side to the other in an abrupt way. He took less than 5 minutes to look into my mouth with an arrogant and rude way and voice, he kept saying that I needed to see him regularly. That my receding gum ( was bad and bleeding ) that it was because I missed the 6 months appointment. He never asked me how I got a gum issue , which was because I was punched at work straight on my front teeth. He kept repeating the same things trying to make me feel guilty. When I asked what else I could do to improve the gum he again mentioned that I need to see him every 6 months. He did not clean my teeth, or inspected it as dentists usually do. I felt treated and punished for missing the 6 months appointment. He was running late, it was near lunch time , and it was Friday. But whatever reason or excuse he has I don’t see how he can be a good dentist with his intimidating attitude. Also I have given his details to my Maxilofacial specialist and if he hasn’t emailed or copied him in it is not my fault.

Had to take my daughter for an emergency check up due to toothache, turns out she had a cyst or something along them lines and as it was still a baby tooth the best option was to take the tooth out there and then for myself and my kids it was obviously traumatic but the dentist and his team had the whole ordeal over super quick. Thank you

Went in for a dental check up after several years, in poor dental health and was also finding it difficult to remain relaxed while under the lights. Not to mention that I entered the adjacent surgery instead of the dental practice and Dr. Sharon noticed and kindly came to find me. Was checked by Dr. Jag and he was patient, precise, explained everything and that really helped me settle, which meant he could do what he needed to and I came out feeling confident/relieved that things were on the mend and could only get better from here. Precisely the feeling one wants after years of neglect. Thanks Dr. Sharon and Dr. Jag.

I've been seeing and having treatment with Dr Sharon Kaur for the last year and I am very happy to have found this practice. In particular, I have found her to be an extremely good listener and very empathetic towards me when I was nervous to start off with. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me when we found if difficult to schedule appointments, plus her work is excellent. I throughly recommend this dental practice, as they really know their stuff and they also care.
