I left a review with my experience a while ago, that I don't know how they deleted it but I will put it again. Once I had an appointment, I got 5 minutes late, it is true. I sounded the door bell and told the person that I had an appointment, she responded saying something very fast that I didn't understand, and I repeated to her several times that I wasn't understanding what she said but that I had an appointment, but she just hung up. We stood for almost 10 minutes there waiting, the woman at the reception sure was seeing us because there was a crystal at the door and she was right in front of us. At some point she spoke again through the intercom without us even ringing again, which proves that she saw us all the time. This time she called the dentist and she went to the door saying that she wasn't able to attend us because we were more than 10 minutes late. She turned to look at the woman in reception for an explanation but she so rudely said that I was lying and that I just called a minute ago. I told them that it was the second time we spoke through the intercom but that I called the first time more than 10 minutes ago and she just left us waiting at the door. I felt so frustrated because it was obvious that she was taking advantage of the fact that my English wasn't great at that time to make sure that her fake version prevails. I found that so racist and xenophobic. I even asked them to check the cameras to see that I was saying the truth, because I was feeling very frustrated with that woman lying so shamelessly. But the dentist insisted they couldn't attend me and I had to leave. After a while I called for an emergency with my then 6 years old son, as one of his teeth got broken, and I was told that I had been discharged without notice because I had not been in for more than 6 months (of course I didn't rearrange the appointment after such a frustrating and racist incident), which was absurd. At the dental hospital they told me that this was not the normal way of proceeding, they didn't even notify me that I had been discharged from the clinic. And but I don't understand why Google deleted my review, but as I said I have the right to tell my experience and the people should know how to make a choice of business and services they hire fully informed.
