I had my treatment with Dr Majid Alimadadian. When i first came in i was oblivious to how complex my issue was and was informed that i would need surgery to take a few teeth out. I had stated i had Invisalign's before with another dentist and was confused to why my teeth had gone back to what it was. I was then told my teeth had been impacted alot and that the previous dentist had in fact messed me around; they hid my issue and made it worse rather than fixing it. They informed me the dentist no longer exists which of course frustrated me. However Dr Majid reassured me that he will help me and transform my teeth but it would be a very lengthy process. I didnt care how long it took. I had my surgery 8 months later as i was on a waiting list which was the hardest bit after surgery as i had major gaps i was not used to. The practice was prompt after I healed and i was given my braces. He was so patient with me and didnt rush my treatment ( i was told 2 years treatment) but it was 3 years and 9 months later i completed my treatment. But i was told that Dr Majid is a perfectionist (of course no complaints there haha) i can finally say after nearly 4 years i feel very confident with my teeth and they look amazing; i am super happy with the end result. Im so glad they took their time with me. The entire team at the practice was so lovely to me and always welcoming. The receptionists always greeted me with a smile. I cant thank them enough. I dont know everyone’s names but i appreciate everything you have done for me. They were extremely professional. The length of the treatment and the money was so worth it. I would highly recommend them.
