Good efficient friendly practice

We’ve been patients of Stockwood dental practice, then Bupa since 1996/7. Called to make an appointment to be told we’d been ‘archived’ with no notice whatsoever. Receptionist said I’d need to pay £120 to fill out forms to re-register. I’ve tried to email the practice manager (as advised by receptionist) for some sort of explanation, no reply. Shame on you Bupa!

I have always had nothing but good things to say about this dentist but my last visit for my son’s check up I was utterly disappointed. My son sat in the chair for less than 2 minutes, the dentist put a bit of air in his month and said see you in 12 months. No teeth examination, his assistant did nothing. After arriving home, I rang to complain and spoke to the manager, said he would speak to the dentist and call me back. One week on and no phone call back. Im sure if my son was a private patient I wouldn’t be writing this!!!
