Thank you to Dr Bassi- he has shown the upmost care when dealing with our daughter who has required some treatment recently. He explained the options to us clearly, quickly arranged the treatment that was needed. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done before any further damage was caused to the tooth. He’s done a great job and we are beyond thrilled with the end product, our daughter is smiling with teeth again!

Such a lovely practice! It has nice feel when you walk through the door and doesn't feel clinical at all. Receptionists are friendly and my dentist Kate is the best She will patiently talk me through the process and explain why. I always feel in control and trust her professional judgement explicitly. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Sat here waiting in the dentist for an appointment that is now overdue by 30 minutes and still one person in front of me. When I asked when I would be seen I was told 2 emergency appointments came in. If that's the case the least they could do is call those that are going to be affected. If I'd have turned up late and gave a pony excuse I would have got charged from an already over priced dentist.

I have always had good experiences with this practice and the dentists working there.I do feel that I have to report that on two occasions recently there has been a malfunction of the drill which to a nervous patient did not help the procedure.This was not the fault of the dentist but rather with the equipment provided.I was surprised that the drill had not been replaced or mended by the owner of the practice as the malfunction happened again on a subsequent visit.Hopefully the matter will be resolved before my next visit as I have always had excellent service from this practice and do not want this to change.
