So after a bizarre experience today at a regular visit to the practice with my kids and having another patient walk in and loudly instantly slate the decor and speak loudly on the phone about how the place was the pits and ask other patients in the waiting room if it “always looks like this as it looks like the pits compared to their regular one and they are going to check the reviews” I thought I would leave my honest review. I’ve came to this practice all my life. Had several different dentists over the years with the practice being taken over etc. I’ve never had a bad experience yet. I’ve had check ups, fillings, and composite bonding on my front teeth. The staff are always very friendly, chatty and make you feel welcome. Place is always immaculate. Yes they are undergoing renovations just now to expand but the treatment rooms are still spotless. A wall that needs painted in the waiting area isn’t going to affect your dental treatment dont worry 😉Never struggled for appointments and can’t complain about the place at all.

I can't recommend Mount Florida Dental highly enough! I am registered with Matthew and have only today finished a round of treatment with a new crown fitted. I cannot praise Matthew, dental nurses and reception staff hightly enough. What a great team!

Delighted with the outcome of my treatment with Robbie. He is very gifted technically, has an excellent eye and attention to detail, and is an all round lovely person. I am thrilled with my implant. Emma is especially helpful too. She has a lovely manner and is really accommodating and patient with appointments that fit my schedule. I would 100% recommend this dental surgery.

Phoned here as a potential new client. Asked if they had appointments available the receptionist said yes, can I ask how you came across us was it from a friend or on Google. I said to be honest your closest to My house and work, receptionist replied oh right I've just realised we don't have any available appointments, but I'll send your details to our other clinic. She never had my details and just put the phone down on me.Thats fine, nearly £3,000 in another dentist pocket. Mind boggling experience. Doesn't matter I'm now getting treated at smile in the city centre, couldn't be happier.

Don't know where my review went but I'm a bit of a techno phobe so who knows! Anyone I'm a very nervous patient but Taco is so kind, patient, funny and nice he has made my many appointments very calm and easy for me. All of the staff are just so nice and friendly. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Also a big thank you to Taco who made my 3 year old granddaughter Rowans first visit an easy and happy one. You're just one in a million. Thank you all of you.

I was referred over to this practice from it's sister practice in Renfrew . I had severe toothache from a molar that had broke in two places. I saw Robbie who years ago I knew from the Renfrew practice ,I was needing a complex extraction. I cannot rate Robbie and other members of the mountflorida practice highly enough.From the minute entering the practice you were treated politely and warmly. Robbie is an exceptional dentist as well as a exceptional person. Thank you for treating me kindly and careingly. It made a worrying experience go well I have now transfered to the practice under the care of Robbie the treatment of all staff could not be bettered, for me it is worth the travel.I have since today the 4th June had to make a visit much sooner than expected as a tooth broke. Once again care and service excellent I got an appointment no problem on the day phoning and once again the treatment by Robbie and his lovely nurse Carla was excellent,I have a few appointments coming up and I know the attention I will get.

I was recently recommended this practice and I am so glad! My dentist,Taco was amazing. Not only is he a genuinely nice guy,he is a very talented dentist. The work and expertise that went into fixing my teeth were way beyond anything I had experienced with other dentists. The dental nurses and reception staff were all lovely and professional. My only regret is that I didn't find this practice sooner.

Owners not accepting nhs patients unless your paying for private treatment. Dental checks are free in Scotland why waste money here!
