I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with this dental practice. I have lost count of how many times my daughter’s appointments have been cancelled, often at the very last minute with zero consideration for how much inconvenience this causes. It is completely unacceptable! I raised my concerns the last time they cancelled, hoping things would improve, but yet again another appointment has been cancelled today. This constant unreliability shows a total lack of respect for patients and their time. It is our right to receive reliable health service . I will be reporting this practice to the ICB and CQC for their appalling and unprofessional service. I am also de-registering from this practice immediately. This has been a truly disgraceful experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ok, so this place is run down and seems like only one dentist works here . He could maybe work on customer service to make people at ease - but his staff are polite and friendly. I gave 4 stars as he managed to extract my tooth right at the back without breaking it ! I was warned to remove it would break and he got it in one so well done to that. I think he is retiring (swedish one) or maybe soon retiring.. he def knows his stuff albeit all the negatives.

My partner had an appointment this morning at this our long standing dental practice. We have both been attending this practice for over 20 yrs and have always had excellent service. Mr Merfendereski although a quiet man is very efficient in his work, has always taken great care of our teeth. Will always give advice when needed and we would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I needed a tooth taken out and my previous dentest really scared the crap out of me but on a friends advice came to holbrook dentest where the dentist took my tooth out in a few seconds and i hardly felt anything.i coulnt believe it when i was told the tooth was out now

This is the best dentist by far. Been a patient here for18 years and wouldn't go anywhere else now. I struggled with my trust in any dentist from a young age and moved dentists arpind coventry quite frequently until I visited here, I've always felt reassured and looked after. Both my daughters come here aswell and the dentist is great with them, wouldn't take them anywhere else! Nurses are great too, can't fault any of the staff and the work they do!

I registered my family of 6 at this dentist around a year ago or so and every visit has been awful because of Mr. Mirfendereski. We've seen many dentists over the years, part of having a big family and I have never felt physically unwell from them like I do with this man. Each time I've taken my 3 children for a check up he has never once said hello, he has never smiled, he doesn't speak to me or my children at all. This man's customer service skills are the worst I've ever experienced in a professional setting. After completing check ups he doesn't tell you anything, there's no feed back, no well done, no kindness what so ever and I feel sorry for his female dental assistant as she is a nice friendly person. Don't ever ask him a question or say what you think the problem is or he will snap at you and tell you 'well you've came in here and diagnosed it yourself', assuming that I couldn't possibly know anything about dental health. His vibe is oppressive and actually gives me an awful gut feeling and he also comes to work in worn out tracksuits, looking like a scruffy chav rather than an upstanding hygienic person. We have now moved house and quickly found a new dentist who are absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming and the children feel secure there. Rotherham rd dental practice is also very run down, the facilities are old and worn out. The toilet seat is hanging off in the customer toilet and it's dangerous and I nearly fell onto the floor, the water in the tap barely comes out and there was no soap to wash your hands or toilet roll. The phone lines are awful and it usually rings into the answer machine but then you can't leave a message as the mail box is full and I've had to drive us there to actually speak to someone, then the doors are locked and the intercom doesn't work so you stand outside for ages. Personally the place needs a full make over and a new dentist. I hope that this saves anyone reading from joining this practice and I'm glad to be free from them, so are my children

I have been a patient for over 10 years,always professional,friendly.Dr.Siamak is a brilliant dentist and a credit to his profession.Good advice is always given to prevent any future problems arising.Reception staff are very warm in there approach to patients,and all have an excellent telephone manner.If anyone is hesitant about visiting a dentist,please rest assured you don't need to be..courteous,professional,caring sums the practice up pefectly WELL DONE..
