I was referred to these guys due to needing a root canal but having a bendy tooth root. To say I am a nervous patient is an understatement, however Massimo was absolutely amazing. Kind, patient, understanding, i won't say my fear has gone, but he has gone a long way in making me understand that going to rhe dentist is not always a terrifying experience. Also want to shout out the reception staff and dental nurses. They could all see how nervous I was and they all gave me encouragement and support Wish I could give these guys 10 stars or more. Absolutely incredible team. 100% recommend - oh and having parking out the front is useful to :)

Annoyed with this practice as inadvertently caused me to lose my overdraft. Pls stop pushing people to get credit to pay for treatments. This was done to me by yourselves I told you didn't need or want it however this practice kept ringing & emailing me about it. I was off kilter with severe toothache during the week running up to my treatment & finally gave in applying for the pushed credit to appease them only to be denied as knew would be as rarely use credit. Which although gives high score doesn't make a person good prospect for the lenders as they're not making money out of you. Paid for my treatment in full as said would, at the end of appointment. Hence practice was happy, I was not due to developing 'trismos' a rare condition was told, contracted via having mouth wide open for 2hrs + without any closure breaks. These people aren't bad pursase, & the standard of actual dentistry is generally consistently high. However found them to be fast & cliquey. Fast to get you in & out the door. Appreciate they may have problems with some customers not wanting to pay after their treatment however all customers shouldn't be tarnished with that brush. In my case if they'd checked would have found had used before on referral & despite having a low income had no trouble paying then & likely wouldn't again. Feel moral of this story is twofold. 1) Ask customer once, twice or even thrice if they want credit if they feel they have too. Whatever customer answers then leave it at that. 2) Treat people with the same dignity, 'presence' & respect whether they have high demographic status in the practices book or not e.g. 'fiscal, occupational, social'.

The whole procedure was totally pain free from start to finish and I am certain this is attributable to the skill and expertise afforded me. I was referred here in 2016 for an apicectomy and was treated over several visits. I've had the odd bad experience with dentists in the past so I was apprehensive, but I needn't have worried. The treatment I had, not only the actual treatment itself but the way I was treated and how the dentist discussed and explained the treatment on my various visits were exceptional. I cannot recommend a dentist more highly.

Incredible Service.... From the speed that I was seen from referral to procedure was impeccable. The receptionists are extremely helpful and kind and caring, reassuring too. Massimo and his assistants were again incredible. I am a very nervous dental patient and WOW I really had nothing to worry about a root canal completed pain free and no pain or discomfort following the appointment. I had no idea that the procedure would not be traumatic at all. I 100% recommend visit this practice. totally professional and caring . Don't delay your treatment because of fearing it, there is nothing to fear here. Totally satisfied with the work for me.

Massimo Giovarruscio performed a difficult root canal treatment that my NHS dentist couldn't do. Massimo instilled confidence right away and the whole process was amazing and also interesting as he explains the procedure so well. I am still amazed (and super relieved as I was so nervous!), that I haven't had any pain and it's now been 48 hours. Thank you so much and to your lovely dental nurse.
